I’ve been using this pharmacy for a few months. I received a call from the pharmacist that they weren’t able to fill one of my prescriptions due to a lack of supply. He told me the next time I was in picking up my other prescriptions to let them know what pharmacy I’d like to use instead. Went in to get my prescription. I told the pregnant woman, with the dark hair, at the pharmacy counter that I wanted to use Kroger pharmacy. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to have Kroger call them. I informed her that I spoke with the pharmacist and he said, since they couldn’t fill my prescription that they would reach out to Kroger for me. She refused and wanted to argue with me instead of checking with the pharmacist or just doing the right thing. It’s truly sad that we no longer value customers. Needless to say, I was transferring all my prescription somewhere else and will never return!

I have heard a lot of good things about this pharmacy. Although I do not fill here, I know people who do that say this place has nice and friendly workers. They love this pharmacy

Great customer service! Medical supply man was so nice and patient so the client would have the exactly what she wanted.

It took 2 days for anyone to pick up the phone. The person on the phone was helpful. Usually if I need any supplies they are delivered in a week.

Honey, you've been gone a while, the kids miss you. I can't keep telling them you are running a marathon in France! Johnny, who you know is 27, isn't believing it anymore. It's been 24 years but I can't live without you anymore. Please return to the homestead.The service here was pretty okay. Would rate if you need to pick up MILK BUT GOD HONEY PLEASE COME BACK.

Only con when delivery is schedule there is no exact time provided just a estimated time frame window.
Delivery guy take time to provide instructions for your equipment.
