This place maintains their reputation. The only few things I can't give a 5 star is because their beds sunk in (maybe need to turn the foot end to the head end) and the floor had food particles. I asked to borrow a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the whole room and then lint roll to make sure there wasn't any pet hair. The bathroom smelled like someone went #2 and I'm thinking the air vent near the mirror is connected to another room. I ended up spraying my own made linen spray to stop the smell. The room was clean and Julie or Julia did great cleaning, just missed vacuuming.
The front desk service was excellent!
Great location.
The dinner food was a bit salty.

The room/bathroom was cleaner than a majority of hotels I've stay in previously. Staff was friendly. Gym is ok. Would be nice if for breakfast another meat option was available besides pork. The manager's reception evening kickback with the snacks and beverages was enjoyable. I would stay here again next time I'm in town.

What I love about Drury?
EVERYTHING!! This hotel does it all. Friendliness, clean rooms, the Breakfast buffet and the late afternoon buffet 😋.
Other hotels should take heed! Hospitality on every level 💯😊

One thing about Drury, you’re always going to encounter the best employees. Our check in was seamless, our room spotless and our beds comfy. Every person we encountered from the breakfast staff to housekeeping was kind and professional. We always choose Drury Inn when we can.

This was our 2nd stay at this Drury location. Room was spacious and clean. Used the washers & dryers this time and it was great. Nice and clean machines. $2 in quarters for a wash or dry, detergent available for purchase too. Kickback and breakfast at Drury hotels is always plentiful and enjoyable!

Came to the Drury Inn in Columbus Ohio to stay. I go check in today and they put us in a room with no A/C. I asked if the room would be discounted. They did not offer a discount won't let me cancel for a full refund. They gave me a box fan thinking thats going to keep the room cool. It was 94 degrees today come to the room and its 76 degrees. This is not right. They knew their air wasnt working. They should inform the customer or discount the room not doing either is diabolical of them

Rooms are clean, standard affairs. Small flat screen. My only gripe with the room is the. mattresses here are very bouncy. Any time someone moves it feels like a boat rocking. The pool area is great. Nice hot tub, it didn't make me itchy. The 530 snacks and drinks rule, don't miss, plus it's really cool seeing a hotel's worth of people chilling in the lobby. They have a soda fountain and coffee available at all times. The breakfast is the best around. All around the best family hotel in the Columbus area. My kids love it.

Clean, quiet and comfortable and affordable. Wonderful staff. Riley was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating at the front desk. Highly recommend this site in particular, and Drury in general. This is where we’ll be staying from now on.Rooms: Sparkling clean bathroom. Great shower head. Sheets smell wonderful- not like bleach.

Everything was awesome from start to finish! Riley helped check us in and gave us the run down if the perks we would be receiving at dinner time. She was such a ray of sunshine! Our room was quiet, clean and well stocked. Both breakfast and Dinner had tons of options and something that everyone could find to enjoy. We have stayed at several Drury locations and have never been disappointed.

We had a very positive experience here. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Pack n play provided for the room was in nice shape and comfortable for our 1 year old. Appreciated that the bathroom had a bathtub for kids. Breakfast was stocked and fun options for everyone. Staff was extremely helpful and so kind. Cliff went above and beyond. We were disappointed to have to cut our trip short, but the Drury will be our go-to hotel to stay at for our future visits to family in Columbus. We want to try the pool and happy hour in the evening next time!Noteworthy details: Free breakfast, nice refreshments, pack n play (not a hotel crib- we loved this!!) and friendly staff

No complaints, the people who work here are kind and fun. The roll-in shower room has a regular height bed, which actually works better for me but is hard for some in chairs. Breakfast and kick back meal are decent, though could use more fruit and veggie options. Easy to get to, near Ikea drive across busy road and Panera (shares parking lot). Pool and hot tub are nice. Pool a little chilly
