Such a bad experience in every online order, I used to order frequently but stopped for a while.
When I decided to come back and made an order for 3 shoes at once
1- on the first one and after 5 days and while checking the status, it say order canceled , and the shoes is no longer available and while they applied the 10$ coupon on that shoes I lost the coupon
2- second shoes and after 5 days it still says we received your order and working on it though it says 4-5 working days
3- the 3rd shoes and while ordered on the 7th of July and it says 4-5 business days , now it says arriving 16 jul !!!!!!
NO MORE DSW FOR ME EVEN FOR FREE
SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
Appointment times just mysterious change and yes the brokers know about it!.....unloading takes 3-5 hrs....and theres no bathroom!....there is overnight parking but you can't sleep for the airplanes taking off constantly.....i will never haul another load for them!!!!!........Total waste of my time!!!!!....

I’ve been delivering freight to them for almost 4 years and it’s always been a great experience. Staff is always courteous, friendly and efficient.

I purchased Brooks Brother sneakers online (used my rewards) and when I received them they were most uncomfortable (did not wear them outside) I neglected to save the receipt. Today I went into the store and wanted a credit. The salesgirl could not find my purchase even with my phone number. I am very annoyed with the store and won't be shopping there at all. When I called customer service, they weren't helpful either.

Hopefully I’m spelling the name correctly but Wanda Adams is a life saver! Working as a trucker under my own business hasn’t been easy but there are some truly kind people out there that make your entire day! After picking up a load and not getting a response for over 24 hours, making 11 phone calls and getting the same “I understand, I forwarded a message” response, I reached out to my broker UberFreight and they couldn’t do anything for me. Ms.Adams was able to put herself in my shoes and make something happen. After receiving her aid, no more calls needed to be made, my load was finally received and I’m back on the road! Just wanted to write this as a HUGE thank you to her because being the middle man doesn’t mean you have a voice in this industry.

Tried to exchange item instead of return. Bootie still did not fit so tried to return. Going on 4 weeks and several calls still no refund. I have all the emails stating items were returned and received. Reached out calling and emailing still no resolution. Be careful - do not exchange they do not know how to handle it and I have had to file cmoplaints trying to get my refund. So concerning - please beware if you order online from DSW. Still waiting -terrible customer service. Yes I am a returning customer but perhaps not again after this. Please send my refund.

DSW sends out coupons, even a $5.00 coupon for my birthday well you can’t even use it on anything. The exclusion list is so long, I don’t even know what shoes I can purchase with their coupons. How about instead of listing the exclusions, list what you can use it on. Seriously a $5 coupon and I can’t use it for a $100 pair of shoes. I guess you need that $5 more than I do. Forget this store.

DSW and its security team are terrible. They make fun of people that are not conservative leaning and are bullies. Ian Dean and Donavon Gavina especially are unprofessional and treat their people like garbage. Don’t work here or do business here.

I was overcharged on a recent purchase. Received no help by phone. No help via live chat or on Facebook. The CSR's just say the same thing over and over from their script and offer totally illogical excuses. Finally through email I got an apology and help. Worst experience ever. 20 year shopper with them but after how I was treated over the past 2 days, never again.

Truck drivers, i 270, exit 37, turn left on hamilton road, bear right to 5th ave, continue for about 2 miles till you see a big sign DSW truck lot on your right corner, go to the lot to check in at guard shack.👍
