I would not recommend this cleaner for wedding dress cleaning. My dress was sent here for cleaning after our wedding which I only wore it for 30mins and not in dirt/mud/crazy outdoor settings. After paying a couple hundreds, I’m shocked to see it came back with so much yellowish staining and was told that they’ve tried their best. They did it again and it was just the same. I don’t understand dry cleaning but I don’t think they are up to the standards of wedding dress cleaning.
Edit: I’m not sure what would I gain from “disparage” this company from sharing my personal experience. *I am not asking for refund, discount, or any compensation* from them because it is not going to help me in anyway. Also I’m not sure if it would be okay for a dry clean business to release photos of someone else’s wedding dress without consent? I am beyond impressed with the service I received! They cleaned my wife’s suit after our outdoor wedding, and it came back looking absolutely brand new! They’re also cleaning my wedding dress, which had quite a journey—after hiking over 2 miles in Yosemite, the bottom was stained with dirt. I was worried it would be impossible to get the stains out, but they did an incredible job. I had the chance to inspect it after the cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Now, it’s being sent off for boxing, and I’m eagerly looking forward to picking it up in February. The care and attention to detail they put into our garments were truly exceptional! Regina is also a lovely human to work with and took the time to make sure I was well taken care of!

I had my wedding dress preserved after it had been in my closet for years. There were stains on it that I figured wouldn't come out, but Dublin Cleaners was able to remove them. They were very good at communicating with me, whether it was about the process, pricing, or pick up. Dipali was very friendly and helpful during the pickup process and even helped bring the dress to my car (it was a big box!). If you want to make sure you put your special dress in the right hands, I'd recommend Dublin Cleaners.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. They set up an account for me and my dry cleaning was done a day prior to what they guaranteed. The work was professional and well done. I am happy with the service and will return with any dry cleaning needs.

I have had a many items cleaned and restored at Dublin Cleaners over the years, one item was my 40 year old wedding dress that had hung in the closet with a big red wine stain down the front. Greg removed the stain and cleaned the dress from a dingy yellow to its original white. I had two baptismal dresses restored and recently a baptismal bonnet that my mother in law had made back in 1938 for her first born. All look beautiful and will be worn again for an upcoming baptism. Greg and Margaret are wonderful to work with. I take all of my dry cleaning and restoration work to them.
