My fiancé used them for her Mazda CX5 and they were very reasonable and friendly. As a matter of fact I’m about to call them back for my 2014 focus and see what they can do to fix it!! This is an update from this fix. They quoted us reasonable for a slew of issues, being the head cover gasket needed replaced they said which is very important because we were leaking oil. Well, just last week I did a tune up on the Mazda and what do you know, a bunch of oil puddled inside with the spark plugs! Why you ask? Because the head cover gasket was toast and oil was leaking into the spark plugs!!!! Inspecting the gasket it was a very cheap gasket, had an actual mechanic with me doing this fix and his words about the gasket were, “ looks like a temu gasket “. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but I feel people need to know why experience with this place which was terrible. No way in hell should I be replacing a gasket like that a year and a half later after you guys “ said you fixed it “.

During an oil change, a deep scratch was made in the steering wheel. Once they were made aware, they immediately made plans to follow up to rectify the issue. They went out of their way to make sure that things were right and repair the scratch.
The scratch is now repaired and looks as good as new, I could not be more happy with the service and care that they put into fixing the issue. Love this shop, and will be using them for all servicing of our two cars into the future.

My first time at Luke’s Auto and I’m very impressed! The team was so incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns, gave me honest professional advice, and took great care of my vehicle. They checked everything, included photos of their findings, and explained everything to me. The drop off and pick up process was seamless. I will be back!

These guys saved me 9 grand after an official Toyota Dealer gave me a completely bogus quote on a leaky roof repair after Luke’s Auto uncovered a manufacturing warranty that was not publicly marketed by Toyota. Cannot say enough nice things about this place. Consummate professionals, polite and transparent the whole way. Cost to repair my car went from $9,000 to free after a visit here.
Support local, and support Luke’s Auto when you do. Will be coming back next time my car needs service.
