We was waiting on the employee to come out for almost 10 minutes. When she finally did come out after waiting, she was on her phone, playing inappropriate music, and just overall unprofessional environment. I went to get a coffee and every machine is blinking red, the coffee is cold, and old and empty. Between 2 coffee selections I choose it didn’t even fill up my XL cup so I could get a coffee. Worker didn’t care, she looked as if she was someone on the street working there. Overall terrible experience. She wasn’t a wearing a name tag so I couldn’t catch a name. Around 12:37pm -12:56pm time frame we was there. Get it together especially working in an environment dealing with the public. Won’t be returning.

The cashier with the braids was literally the best gas station employee I've ever had. She was so nice and ready to help, and went above and beyond her job duties. This duchess is right next to my house, and I will come here over anywhere else now!

I've been here twice in two days to get my snacks and Diet Coke. It's just across the parking lot from neighboring Aloft Hotel. The counter man is really cool and friendly. Both night he said hi and was welcoming. Shop is clean, well stocked. Nothing fancy but I just needed snacks and soda.

Been here 3 evenings in a row before 9pm and they’re closed with all the lights on. No hours posted on door. Hours need to be updated online or they need to be aware that their employees are locking the doors during business

Cashier had a friend hanging around trying to harrass and intimidate customers.Unacceptable and bad customer service.Very unprofessional, very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Not a nice environment.I'll raise the review to 3 stars since I actually used to like going here, but we won't be returning to this location.
