I just want to let everyone know that this store has the best customer service in this area. The manager, Jesse and all his staff go out of their way to know the customers needs. I have experienced this many times and I have seen them taking care of other customers needs very politely and successfully . They just know what it means to give good customer service. Thank you very much. We need more of this everywhere.

The red haired woman was being rude and said “I need an I.d without even letting me tell her which tobacco products I want, my brother that’s on FaceTime jokingly said “is it because he’s underage” because he said that she wouldn’t sell to me “ I’m 30 years old. With a beard with tattoos and a receding hairline lol she knew I was above age she just wanted to be a Karen, multiple people have mentioned her rudeness on here.

A clerk, older lady, is the rudest person I have ever experienced in a retail setting. She acts like checking me out is an inconvenience. Leaves the front, with a line of people, to answer her cell phone she left in the other room.

If I could give them a zero I would. I only go in there if I absolutely have to. Speedway was closed next door because the “system was down” which I think was a lie they most likely didn’t have anyone to work. But anyways the cashier the African guy is always arguing with people. He’s very very rude and inconsiderate. He has no people skills unless he want to flirt. If you show no interest or aren’t his type he’s back to being rude. This place should be bought and staffed by better people or bull dozed to the ground. Hold a seminar with your staff and do some people skill and repot exercises. Your shelves are never restocked either. Get a new staff or get rid of that guy he’s going to single handily run that place in the ground when I thought it couldn’t get any worse!

I come to this shop almost daily my husband buys ciggerrates, today he sent our friend in that clearly was of age with a grey beard to buy his ciggs they denied our friend because he didn't have an id okay I understand that but when my husband goes in with his I'd and he gets refused because the workers accused him of buying the ciggs for our OLDER friend but they were actually for my husband and then told him sorry I can't help you and asked him to leave,Update, my husband went back to buy some ciggerrates for himself the manager saw he was wearing a bag which had my husband's medical stuff in it and denied him service, never going bàck to this shoppe again you guys just lost a loyal customer. Should really consider getting a new worker, I'm sorry (general Manager)have a great day.

I just walked into this location at 12am and was told to leave that they were closing for a few minutes. This is not the first time I have encountered this situation
