the cashier at 12am on the night of tuesday 12/25 or morning 12/26 is nasty. I walked in asking to use the bathroom, to which she kept asking “are you buying something” 3 times. I said sure I’ll buy some chips and gum, then she replied “well you can’t buy anything until the system resets and no you can’t use the restroom”. I said oh, so you wanted my to buy something to use the restroom then told me i’m not allowed buying something…. Okay then. She needs fired, she is truly a disgusting human being.

10/1/25 - around 9pm, Bethel
Cashier was so rude!! I was asking nicely where the lottery station is and all I got was “BACK THERE!” with an attitude! Like seriously?? Simple question but you can’t even answer politely? Never going back to this Duchess again! EVER!

Today I bought an iPhone charger and the price was ridiculous! $18 dollars for such a low quality product, the price was just too marked up, I would understand if it was from Apple but this charger was a cheap knockoff.

Came here at 2:30am after getting off work on thanksgiving the employee was outside sleeping in his car while customers were standing inside waiting for someone to cash them out
