Adam at this Dyson Service Center is amazing. Took my air wrap in because it was having trouble holding power. Adam fixed it in about 5 minutes and gave me a lot of good info/tips. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks, Adam!

The beater brush on our Dyson Ball became intermittent. I took it to the Dyson service center—no appointment. It took 2 minutes for the service tech to diagnose the problem (bad motor) and less than 10 minutes to fix it. I had to get to a doctor appointment so I was willing to leave it, but no, they provided excellent service and I made it to my appointment on time. Dyson rocks!

My Dyson vacuum had lost suction to the main body, but still had suction to the hose. I walked in, told them the problem, and was out of the building within 3 min with a fixed vacuum! Super friendly. Didn’t cost a thing!
