Customer service is terrible. A teenager has no professionalism or phone etiquette. Repeatedly refusing to confirm package that was confirmed delivered HOURS BEFORE! NEVER AGAIN!!! IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION!!!

Never used it as been a wireless store, only picked up Wish orders and they were usually competent.
