My delivery arrived when I was out of town. It was left on my porch chair in 90 degree weather! Melted chocolate and cooked fruit is not what my friend ordered and is exactly what I received! I called the store and explained the situation and the less than “edible” delivery. I received no response from the store. Very disappointed!

So my friend wasn’t home when they tried to deliver it. I had no idea the driver would just set it on the ground without any plastic wrap over it!! I hope no bugs got into it. The store was no help. Apparently they do this all the time. The manager said I could have BOUGHT a bag. I would have if they told me this is how the deliveries work! I will NEVER order again! I had to go and get it. Then put it in my refrigerator until my friend is home!! I also should have read the reviews! I also will never order from this company again! I called corporate after talking to 2 “managers” who sounded like they were very young. Both said that’s how it is done.
I briefly talked to the delivery driver. She asked if she should leave it. I had no idea I could have had the driver try and deliver it later. Nor did I know the platter would be placed on the ground without any plastic wrap covering it. It had a dome which was easily removed and not airtight. Also I didn’t see an option online to buy a bag to put it in.
I am still very disappointed in the delivery and conversations with your managers.

WHAT I ORDERED VS. WHAT I GOT.
I live out of state so I went online to place an order for a friend for Valentine’s Day. I placed the order on 2/11/2024 early in the morning to give the company time because I know Valentine’s Day is busy time. Not only didn’t my order arrive on the day I paid for it to be delivered. It wasn’t delivered until 2/15 at almost 10pm at night, and when my friend got the order it was nothing like the picture on the website. It literally looks like my order was poorly made and extremely rushed. I have called this location a few times, but keep getting placed on hold. I’m extremely disappointed with edible arrangements and wouldn’t suggest this location. I am definitely expecting to be reimbursed for this poor experience

Came in for a pick up that was scheduled for 6:30 pm. Still waiting in the lobby with about 10 other people to get their orders. And they just keep saying it is being worked on and they go to the back room.

The absolute worst store for edible arrangements to have placed my order same day pick up for 3 PM. Got to the store they had 45 people waiting who were waiting there specifically at 5 o’clock and had been waiting 2 to 4 hours prior than 5 o’clock. There was one lady running back-and-forth with names on a piece of print out paper of order, saying that no one’s order was ready and they were making the orders as people walked in. I informed her that if my order was not already ready, then it was OK to cancel it, but I gave her precise instructions that I ordered with Apple Pay and if they were unable to refund me a different method not to cancel my order because my Apple Pay would not allow me to be refunded. She came back and canceled my order without me speaking to a manager, and then said that I was unable to get my arrangement back because they were un Bring the order back up In the system and I need to call back Monday. So I never received the original payment of $65 that I gave them for their sweet berry box Trey never received the actual arrangement and was left displaced on Valentine’s Day at 6 o’clock because my order was supposed to be ready at three and their store was not able to take on the orders that their store had accepted. I absolutely will never support their business and it really sucks because they are a black owned business and we should be supporting each other but here’s the reasons again why we don’t get to support each other.

Incompetent leadership to say the least. I placed an order days in advanced as to be right on time for my mother-n-laws birthday party and it NEVER arrived. Horrible decision by far; I’ve ordered from other locations in other states as it’s often difficult to arrive in person for friends and family. The reviews said it all, but I really wanted something special. Stay away from this location by all means.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Stacy at store #658 in Grandview. She was my Angel for today. I had placed an order this morning at the Polaris location on Lyra Drive to be delivered to my address in Westerville for my daughter's birthday tomorrow. She was coming in from Phoenix Arizona tonight but her flight got cancelled so I called frantically to see if I could have the order transferred to Phoenix Arizona and Stacy immediately got everything transferred to her address in Phoenix for tomorrow so she will still be able to get her Edible Arrangement on her birthday tomorrow. Stacy was so beyond kind and sweet and accommodating. She is the true meaning of Excellent Customer Service and I hope she gets recognized for her Superior Service. Thanks so much Stacy. You're AMAZING 👌👍👋❤️

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my wife. They had some issues with the delivery, we ended up giving the driver a 5 for a tip. He was very thankful. The lady I spoke to was very apologetic and kind and rushed our order so my wife would receive it in time. I think your hearts are in the right place. Try not to let things stress you and communicate better with people and your store will get better. I will be ordering in the future because I honestly believe the owner manager does care. Just takes some time working out the bumps. Hope you all have a great day and don’t let us customers kill your motivation

Sent a package for my granddaughter‘s birthday. Called a week in advance, paid extra for guaranteed delivery. Delivered the incorrect item that was belonging to someone else. These people never answer their phones. Had to go through corporate customer service to get anything done, they sent the correct the next day missed my granddaughter’s birthday made me look like a jerk and refused to do anything but give me 30% off mynext order. I told these idiots there will never be another order from the store. Stay away from find another location there’s seven in Columbus Ohio. Do not orderfrom these idiots. Edible arrangements has good stuff, but they also have bad stores. This is one of those. I wish I could leave a zero. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Customer service was outstanding from corporate. These people are idiots at this store.
