I placed an order on march 15 at the grandview location. Email says order ready for pickup. I get there at 5:45 pm. google says the closing time is 7 pm. The sign on the door says closing time is 5 pm… I knock to pick up my order no one is there. I come back the next day after work at 4 pm on Saturday . The sign says closing time is 5 pm. No one is there again at the posted operating hours….i knock for almost an hour and then a delivery guy shows to drop off an order. I ask him about my order he goes inside and does not find my order anywhere. I had to buy my same order over again at the gahanna location. The gahanna location is great by the way. I would never recommend anyone!!! To go to the GRANDVIEW location ever again! Very unprofessional staff . When I asked the manger about the situation she says she doesn’t know why anyone was not there Saturday at 4pm!! When closing time states 5pm. Issued refund on Monday march 18th. Thanks gahanna for helping me but again Grandview location is highly not recommended!

This was the worst experience I have ever ordered from. At first they only delivered 1/2 of the items. When called they take forever to actually speak to anyone. They decided to make it right and take the flowers later same day. The plate the strawberry and cheese cake set on was broken in half and the flowers when finally received was half dead. I called and called getting nothing. Finally I call another store they give me a number for customer service just for it to revert me to the store with the problem. Who I spoke to a lady who basically told me there was no way it was broke or the flowers were bad because they just got them on Wednesday. She put me on hold came back and basically told me I was wrong and it’s not a lie but they will give me 30% off my next order smh

They actually close at 5:00 on weekdays but will happily take an order for pickup at 6:00 and then not be open.

Very disappointed with this specific location. They clearly don’t check over things before delivering them. I had a whole message typed out that was not printed on the card because their printer was obviously out of ink.

I called several times to get a gift to my son for Valentine's Day. When I finally got a person, everything I asked for, they were either out of or couldn't do. They could only do the most expensive platter. I told my son his gift would arrive, after Valentine's Day. I was going to give them another try. I tried 3 more times after Valentine's Day to call the store. Never got an answer.

Never, ever, EVER order Edible Arrangements. Their business model must just be to take your money, never deliver, and hope you're not smart enough to do a chargeback.I cannot stress this enough: you will NOT receive what you ordered, and you will not be able to contact anyone for a refund.It doesn't matter if you order weeks in advance, they simply will not follow through without saying a word.If we finally ever get to speak with someone, I don't want to hear a word about high order volumes. Don't take orders you can't fulfill. If ordering WEEKS in advance isn't enough to ensure you're able to actually get your product, then you frankly should just shut down.What a joke. Every person involved with this company should be embarrassed.

They should be called fraudulent arrangements instead of edible arrangements. I placed an order in January for a Valentine's Day gift that was never delivered, and after requesting refunds multiple times I've been told the store will contact me which hasn't happened and Everytime I contact the store I'm put on hold for up to 20 minutes before the call drops. I would never recommend anyone to order from here, but if you somehow do make the mistake of placing an order here then make sure to use a credit card with buyer protection so that you can charge back the order when you get scammed too.

Made an order for my fiancé. They delivered at 9pm. It sat out over night. Tried calling so many times, they do not answer their phone. Drove 30 minutes up there to see if I could request a refund. Was told their phone frequently gets disconnected, and no refund would be issued even though it was delivered at 9pm, with no knock or ring doorbell press. Got a call from the owner, who then said they do deliveries at 9pm (store employee said 7pm) but they actually came after 9...still wont refund. Been using Edible Arrangement's for 10 years. Will never use this company again, let alone this location.

Received an arrangement as a gift. It arrived after 930pm with no one even ringing the doorbell to let me know it came. Luckily I have a camera and saw the delivery, but the website says no later than 9pm for residential deliveries “on busy holidays”. This wasn’t even on a holiday. The driver showed up in a regular vehicle, not a refrigerated edible arrangement van, and the order had been “out for delivery” for over 3 hours prior to receiving it. Some of the fruit was rotting and the multiple dried and dead leaves on the arrangement made me feel as if the fruit wasn’t even washed. I am 8 months pregnant and take food safety seriously, especially during this time. I did not feel comfortable eating this, so I threw it away. Submitted a claim to customer service and heard nothing back.

I rarely write reviews but this store deserves this. I ordered flowers and fruit for my partner February 8th before Valentine's day to ensure I'd get valentine's day delivery at her job. Paid, everything was fine. Valentine's day comes and goes with the order received by the store but nothing done about fulfilling it. I left 3 voicemails over the course of 2 days. With no calls back. Yesterday it was "out for delivery" when they say they'll deliver by 5 to businesses. It passes 5 pm my partner leaves work and still received nothing. It might get delivered today but who knows what state the order is even in at this point in terms of quality. Its my first and last time ordering from you all. For the amount of money paid? I could have easily done all of this myself instead of order from a company that screws up this badly. As of right now it's said out for delivery for nearly 24 hours at this point. The incompetence and lack of customer service makes this place a nightmare to work with. I realize valentine's day is a stressful holiday for floral and gift companies but if there's one day a year not to screw up? This would be the one. As of right now I have no idea if my order is even being fulfilled at all. I've stated in every phone call my goal wasn't a refund my desire is for you to do what the hell you said you'd do and fulfill my order.

My husband ordered and wanted to cancel. He as well as myself have called multiple times, to be put on hold for long times. Still waiting to speak to someone. We also tried canceling online several times. This was my husband's first time ordering from this website. I did finally speak to someone who was very nice and understanding. She did explain to me that their systems were down and was backed up due to high volume of orders. Which is understandable. She was able and willing to refund my husband and explained how long it will take. Hopefully we can order in the future and enjoy some edible arrangement goodies.

What a hellacious experience with this Edible location in Grandview! My significant other called them a week before 2/14/24 to place a detailed order to be delivered to me on Vday! I never received it or any calls with an explanation. This was a significant order and they lied to him that they would deliver on his request and failed to deliver on their promise( he even called the day before to confirm his order on 2/13) he was assured a lie. If you don’t really care if the person you’re trying to gift will receive it- then you’re at the right store - otherwise take your business elsewhere!! This place is a joke - We have been trying to call them for two days - no one answers the phone- trust they have ruined others special surprises as well! I even attempted to go to the location after work on V Day to secure my order- and here is a pic of the line out the door- why did they have help on this day to at least accommodate the pre orders of patrons and customers! The corporate office needs to know- this store is ruining there business and reputation!A headache?

I ordered on 1/30/24 for valentines delivery and I still haven’t received it. There is no answer or explanation for why it was not delivered. I don’t recommend this place for anyone. Ruined my Valentine because I’m an otr trucker and couldn’t be there til this Sunday. I paid cash and in person and I have the receipt.
