Terrible all around. Ordered same day delivery around 9am. Around 4pm the tracking continued to say they received my order but nothing else was done. Called several times. Left 2 voice-mail as Noone ever answered. Then sent a request to cancel the order. Still have not heard anything from anyone. If you are going to offer same day delivery and charge for it you need to complete the order the day or call the customer with any delays.

If i could rate this as zero stars, I would. My experience with this store has been incredibly disappointing. My sister, who lives out of state, ordered me an arrangement for my birthday. She received a notification that a delivery was attempted, but according to our Ring doorbell, that wasn’t true. I tried to get a hold of someone at the store but was directed to leave a voicemail, which was never returned. I tried to go to the store, but it was closed early. I used the forms on the site to try to contact but haven’t heard back. It’s been 2 weeks now with no return phone call or email and no arrangement (which was already paid for). As of now, I’ve requested that the order be canceled, but again - we haven’t heard back. The lack of contact and lie about the attempted delivery is incredibly disappointing and ruined a birthday surprise and my opinion of this company and store.

Absolutely horrific experience! Took my order first thing I’m the morning then waited until they were closing to tell me they weren’t filling my order. For a little boy coming home from the hospital. Then proceeded to tell me they are closed until Tuesday. Gave me nothing but excuses! Save yourself the aggravation and don’t order from this store

Placed an order for pickup two days before Mother’s Day. No answer, door locked. Lady walked out (I’ve since found out it’s the owner) and said she had to pick it up from another store (she also owns Grandview store) and I would get a call. Never got a call. Never got the order. Husband also never got the delivery order he placed for me from the Grandview store! If there would have been communication I wouldn’t be leaving this review but there was zero information given.

Terrible experience! Ordered an arrangement for a 10am pick up on 7/17. Showed up and the door was locked, lights were off and the “open” sign was not on. I called several times with no answer!Called the Gahanna location and spoke to a lovely gal who gave me the number for customer care. Called them and was advised that they’d leave a message for the manager.Almost 2.5 hours later someone called me back to ask what time I was coming to pick up the arrangement! She was calling from a cell phone, not the Polaris number. She argued with me and told me she was there at 10am and she must’ve missed me. That’s total BS. No one was there.I heard what sounded like cartoons blaring in the background. Very unprofessional. I advised that I would not be making the trek back and that they needed to deliver it for the inconvenience. She went on to tell me that they did not deliver to that zip code! I guess she ended up contacting another location to deliver it and acted as though they were doing me a solid by waiving the $15.00 delivery fee!Whoever owns this franchise, you need to make some decisions. What a terrible experience for an $80 + fruit arrangement. Never again…

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! Worst experience ever-Ordered fresh fruit and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to a friend. Delivered 24 hours late, not refridgerated, came out of delivery driver's trunk. Tried calling to complain, no answer, left 4 voicemails and no return call. 0 stars.

My daughter is a college student and lives in Chicago. She took her hard earned money from her part-time job and purchased a Mother's Day arrangement to be delivered on Mothers Day. They charged her, the arrangement never came and we've been emailing and calling for a refund and no one will respond. I'm livid!! We've had to file a dispute with her bank to get a refund as we can't get anyone to tell us what happened or get a resolve!

Order something for Mother’s Day showed up at 8am and waited in a long line for no one to show up or answer the phone for hours then 3:40 pm they call me and ask am I gonna pick up my order they’re about to close said I was there at 8am they said they had a staffing shortage and if I couldn’t make it I should cancel my order because they probably wouldn’t have anyone there tomorrow due to a staffing shortage they said they would try and deliver it and if they can’t they will cancel my order. No confirmation of a delivery attempt or a receipt that I was being refunded, but I did get an email saying my order was picked up and they hope I enjoyed it and I should leave a tip.

This particular location may need to close down. It's impossible to get anybody on the phone and they do not adhere to the hours posted online, which shows that they open either 8 or 9am, depending on the day. Today was my 3rd and final time trying to stop in, only to be greeted with locked doors after 930am. There are no hours posted on the window, so maybe this is their way of using the "oh, online hours are for other stores" or something similar. I've had pleasant experiences with other locations so I can't hold this against the company as a whole, but after reading numerous other reviews about this location's poor record, I think some re-training from corporate may be needed to save this place.

Order was never delivered and was unable to make contact with anyone at the store.Follow up- went to location during business hours. Store is closes locked and lights off.. doesn't look like anyone showed up for work or is out of business and still taking orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION

I don't know how this store can stay in business. For Mother's day, I placed an order for my Mom that was delivered 2 days late, incorrect and was left outside in 70 degree weather to have all of the chocolate melt. I tried to call the store numerous times to rectify the matter yet nobody ever answered my calls and my voicemails were never returned. Do not waste your money here.

Delivered a day late and received no notification of delivery so fruit was sitting in the sun for an unknown amount of time. Unlike previous purchases, the arrangement wasnt placed in a cooler bag, so the package was completely covered in condensation on the inside from not being brought in as soon as it was received. The fruit was the worst quality of any arrangement I've ever received (and we usually get minimum 2 a year). All the strawberries were disgusting if not flat out rotten. The fruit that wasn't rotten was flavorless. No one answered the phone when I called. To file an online complaint as the recipient, you have to enter the order number and the number provided on the arrangement didn't work, which makes the whole review process super suspicious. Avoid this location, it's not up to the standards of others. Looking at the other reviews, the lack of communication and poor quality seems par for the course at this location.

Ordered a platter bundle with chocolate covered strawberries. Didn't get the right size on pick up, gave me flowers which I didn't order. Guess they thought that covered their mistake. Strawberries didn't look fresh at all. Have ordered numerous items from this location and never had any issues. Called and left a voice mail 2 different times a week apart because I was charged too much for the wrong order. Never heard anything back ! Disappointed! Guess I'll chooses sharries berries from now on.

My mother who lives in another state ordered a large Valentines Day order for my wife (over $200). It was never delivered, and the employees/owners are ignoring all calls for customer service. I took off work to drive to this location, but the building was closed during listed business hours. This is called theft. I will be sending a report to the BBB, the attorney general fraud office, as well as the Edible Arrangement corporate office.Update: My elderly mother who ordered an arrangement for my wife on Valentines Day (we did not receive the order or any response) STILL has not been refunded or responded to. Edible Arrangements is DELETING negative reviews. Please do not give this horrible business any money.
