“I went on for a screen repair for my Iphone 14 pro. Staff was welcoming and service was prompt. Unfortunately though, after my screen was replaced, my phone began glitching and “frying” periodically like an old TV (phone still operational). I went in the next day to inform staff and he immediately apologized and attempted to remedy to issue without hesitation. He replaced the screen again. However, it was discovered this was occurring because the screen replacements weren’t the latest version and weren’t compatible with my phone. My old screen was reinstalled and refund issue. Would have given 5 stars if this issue hadn’t occurred as staff was great.”

“When Verizon wouldn’t help in any way with a 18 month old Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra that stopped charging, uBreakiFix replaced the USB C port and battery for $230. Phone back to normal. Appreciate these guys.”

AudioWright is perfect for vintage (1975 - 1999) receivers, cassette decks, and turntables. I know, I know... "but Malcolm, they're backed up for 4 months" - hey, you want it done right, or do you want it done fast. Well worth the wait!”

“My experience with IFixx was great. From the very beginning, I left a message and they called back quickly. I missed their call and had a message back from them. When we finally did get in touch with each other, they were very knowledgeable about what I needed. I made an appointment and I was leery of meeting at a shared office space that didn't have their name on the storefront but it worked out fine. They were right on time for the appointment. I had cracks in my screen so they replaced it. It's like a new phone! When the time came for me to pick my phone up, I had a very hard time finding a parking space downtown. That, coupled with the traffic caused me to be about 20 minutes late which really stressed me out. The rep waited patiently for me and was calm as a cucumber even though I was so stressed about being late. I'll definitely go back to IFixx with future phone problems!”
