If I could leave negative stars I would. This location is full of devious thieves. These unscrupulous people at this location added days to my rental after I returned it at the body shop. They took the money without permission as it was 4 days extra of rental charges, when I didn’t have the car. Enterprise Corporate Customer Escalations is a joke as they did nothing to any of these thieves. This location is horrible and I would avoid it at all costs, literally. These folks only want to rip you off and will take your money and run like a thief in the night. Worst experience Ive ever had renting a car, and I used to travel extensively and rent cars multiple times a year. I’ll never deal with any Enterprise Rental Car location ever again after this horrible experience. In today’s world businesses should be helping their customers for repeat business. This location just rips off good paying customers and the Corporate Headquarters doesn’t care one but as I’ve escalated multiple times with no call backs. Horrible company that employs thieves to rip you off.

My experience here was very poor and I will most likely never use enterprise again. The entire time I was there it felt like they were trying to milk me and my insurance company vs actually caring about my situation. I was here because my car is undergoing repairs and my insurance told me that they had a deal with enterprise on intermediate cars for $22 daily. I wasn't sure how long I would need the car and I have a maximum amount that I can spend before having to cover costs myself. When I got there for my 12:15pm appointment the car was not ready and I had to wait over an hour for them to get the car and finish cleaning the car. They tried to sell me on additional insurance even though this was through my insurance, and then nobody went over the costs when signing the paperwork. When I finally got the car it was a massive SUV that was definitely not in the intermediate category and it smelled like a mixture of cigarettes and weed. When I asked if I could get another car because of the smell they told me they wouldn't have anything for another 3 days. Then when I pushed on price, they told me this was categorized as a premium car (although I don't know why because other than size it was a very average looking car). The "premium" car was under my daily allowance by only $1, and was more than double that $22 rate that I thought I was getting. They tried to sell it like someone at my insurance company really liked me, but I believe the reality is that they wanted to get as much money out of my insurance as possible without me noticing. My insurance agent confirmed that they did not send through a car type request and that enterprise was supposed to confirm that with me. I told the employees at enterprise that I needed an intermediate car because I didn't know how long I would have the rental car, but continued to get pushed to take this massive "premium" car. After spending about 2 hours there I did not end up taking this car despite their persistence, but I did see that they still charged my insurance company for a day of use when I never even turned on the car! I ended up going through hertz for an intermediate car and my experience was 1000% better. There was no wait, the car did not smell, it was the size that I actually wanted, and they didn't try to sell me on things that were already covered by my insurance.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with Enterprise or any rental agency! (only thing better is Turo) The people in this office go *above & beyond* with customer service - especially in the areas of friendliness & hospitality. It felt like I was visiting friends, not meeting them for the first time.

First car rented had a slow leaking tire and after filling a few times, returned it. Second car reeked of smoke and had the engine light on. Staffing a big issue here. Quality of cars poor, and I was disappointed.

Enterprise has made the rental process great. Small team of awesome people. Everyone I've talked to at this branch has went above and beyond to help me and keep in touch when I have had issues with insurance. Hard to find this level of service these days.

Car worked. It was a bit dirty and I missed Apple car play. I tried calling a number of times to ask questions and no one ever picked up the phone. In person they were nice.

If you want to spend all day waiting to get a rental, this is the place for you. My insurance recommended this place while we were getting our car fixed - awful experience.They have zero cars ready and you’ll wait for an hour minimum. Go somewhere else.

Wonderful customer service! We needed a car while ours was being worked on due to an accident. Not only did they have a great selection, but when the coverage from our insurance ran out, they gave me a great discount so that I could keep it a little longer.

This location is great. I worked with Patrick for about a month while my car was getting fixed. He was awesome and always helpful. I definitely recommend you give this location a try.
