DO NOT let Reginald Gibson work on your teeth. I came in for a cavity fill walked out with a nerve in my tooth? Just for him to admit he hit a nerve in my tooth just take an ibuprofen and you’ll be fine he says. Once the numbness went away my tooth instantly started hurting. I’ve already been here twice before to get my cavities filled and everything was fine then but that was because I had a more caring dentist work on me teeth. He doesn’t warn you what he is doing. He had a long needle coming toward my mouth and I had to push his arm away to ask him what is he trying to doing. He had to numb my mouth twice because the first time he did it it wasn’t enough so when he starting working on my teeth I told him I can fill it drilling on my teeth. He had to put the correct amount in. As he’s pretending to act like that he knows what he is doing he has me in a headlock no joke as he working on my teeth. I was completely uncomfortable. Now I have to get a root canal because he did so much damage and Equitas doesn’t do root canals. A couple of the employees there says you’ll be better off writing a bad review to hopefully have something done about this. So I’m letting whoever reads this. If you have a dentist appointment DO NOT LET REGINALD GIBSON WORK ON YOUR TEETH. HE’S A FAKE DENTIST.

Lousy lot of doctors always rotating because they can't hang onto them, and those they can hang onto are completely useless at best and insulting at worst. It sucks that I'm poor and this is my only option for care because it isn't quality and I feel incredibly dismissed whenever I come in. Say goodbye to having a steady doctor who actually knows you and your issues — they'll shuffle you around so much you'll never see the same person twice.

I had a great time with the nurse I saw, she was very friendly! However, the PCP Amy Castillo, I met with was rude. Tried to minimize my pain and diagnoses. When I inquired about additional scans to narrow down my health issues, she refused as if she pays for it! Overall visit felt more like an interrogation than a visit! This was my first meeting with her and I was mistreated. She even tried to lower my dosage of anti depressants which would lead me to attempt suicide again! The 3 stars are because she did still my prescriptions and address what I was sick with. In addition the nurses bedside manor was great.

Immoral, grant stealing, racist organization. They provide subpar care to a marginalized community that they pretend to care about only so they can continue to write grants and take more money from public funding. We have many other private and even public organizations in Columbus support the lgbtq plus community and ways that do not cause harm like this organization does. If you value your health - mental, physical, and dental, avoid this nightmare of an organization.

As this is my third review of Equitas—prior were for Medical and Pharmacy—I fear being considered a fanboy or an employee. I’m not an employee but I am a huge fan. Their holistic approach to health and wellness suits me nicely. My doctor noticed I had quit seeing my psychiatrist—definitely not a fan of her—and suggested Equitas Behavioral Health. I was quite fortunate in being assigned to Andrew Gadek. Unlike many Psychiatrists who rush you through and hand you a stack of prescriptions Andrew took ample time and asked me thorough questions. More importantly he listened to my answers. He is The Best behavioral health practitioner I’ve ever worked with. I don’t feel I’m being treated like a number. Andrew makes me feel like an individual with unique needs and challenges. He has helped me enormously. Every single person I’ve encountered at Equitas is exceptional. I wish to thank each and every one because being treated there has changed my life and I am abundantly grateful.

It's good until it's super hard to get your appointments set up and then they cancel yours when you finally have one! Recommend for LGBT+ because they're knowledgable, but the lack of communication can be noticeable

I was so well cared for at this location. The inclusivity in their language is unlike anything I have experienced at the doctor. All of the staff was kind, respectful, and addressed everything I had concerns with. After just having a hard time in my life, it was so nice to feel taken care of. It’s so cool that everything is Id one building. Overall really good first experience.

I was scheduled a 9:00 am dentist appointment for a cleaning however the lady that was to do it didn't come in today. They called me to reschedule but I was already there normally I would have to reschedule and come back another time ( anything morning is always problematic due to health related issues) but for the kindness, willingness, and understanding Dr. Campbell came to my rescue and performed my cleaning he didn't even hesitate when they explained my situation to him. Once again thank you Dr. Campbell for doing an excellent job and going beyond your normal workload ???

This place is the absolute worst!!! I was told how great equitas is for LGBT patients but that's where anything good ends. Had to call three times to have them to send over a simple prescription for heartburn medicine to CVS.. they literally never sent the prescription over... Took 2 months. Then I needed a scan of my shoulder and literally no one can figure out why my referral isn't getting sent over to the OSU. Then I had an x ray referral and they wanted me to figure out by myself where to go to get an xray. NP was really sarcastic in our first meeting. It's like they are very very unorganized. Only go here for STI testings only. Don't make them your regular doctor!!

Andrew Gadek is a great doctor, the first doc I feel is actually helping me! I have no complaints about equitas they are helpful and kind, and helping me get fixed up. I’m grateful to have access to a judgement free clinic that accepts my insurance.

Going downhill rapidly. They never answer their phone nor respond to voicemails. Like a literal "never"--exactly 0% of the time do they answer the phone. They will not handle insurance denial claims, and will instead advise you to sign up for a "sliding scale" payment plan, even when they know you don't qualify. Their billing expert knows less about how insurance works than I did at 18 years old.The psychiatrists are evil, in my experience. Ridiculing me for saying I didn't want to increase a dose because the medication gave me diarrhea every day for 2 years. She shamed me until I agreed to go up, and it made me sick every day. I finally stopped the medication under better supervision, and now I feel so much better. I would have never gotten better if I hadn't gone somewhere more competent. All the best gender affirming care providers switched to Central Outreach, for very good reasons. I'm much happier now that I have left.
