Jeremy C came out to tie my vehicle for Triple A service call. And he was great. He went above and beyond. He made sure to put my anti theft bar on my Kia whn he dropped it off. And sent pics. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family! Thanx again!

Taking a minute to Thank James, Jacob and Skylar for repairing my sons car and getting "her" back on the road! Put her on the road the first time out the gate over 100 miles with NO issues! And for a new engine, that could have been problematic, if not done correct! Therefore, a great review for this team at EXCITE!

On November 2nd, I was rear-ended and Dennis, Devin, and Jason from Excite Collision took care of everything for me! They made working with the other party's insurance carrier painless and easy and their work was stellar! They even assisted me in filing the seldomly utilized "Diminished Value" supplemental claim for the lost resale value of my car. I send my clients to them too, because I'm confident they'll receive the same level of honesty, care, and service, because they've shown nothing less!

Just wanted to say... you serviced my vehicles between 2010 and 2015 I always trusted you to do an exceptional job to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive and be fair in pricing. Recently, I referred someone very important to me for a repair on wiring to head lights. I can't tell you how disappointed I am. If you are asked to pay $1700 of your hard earned money, you expect a good and complete job. All your shop did was exactly what he did before coming to you for professional help(just slap it together). There is no way the front end of that Hummer was taken apart like you said you needed to in order to charge so much in labor the cables were just tapped back together the bulb didn't even match the other(cheapest kind you could find) and the flood light didn't even come on. After driving it for only 1 hr in the dark, guess what? it went off... giggle the cables and it comes on... less than a poor job. You robbed this man! We trusted you! We don't tell businesses how much to charge for service but if we agree to pay, we expect for the job to be done and done right. You failed to do this by 100 miles. Shame on you for this and shame on me for referring him to whom I said would take care of him and is worth the $... NEVER AGAIN! SERIOUSLY YOU SHOULD BE GIVING HIM A REFUND....YOU KNOW IS THE RIGHT THING TO DO...THE TRUCK TODAY IS EXACTLY THE SAME WAY AS IT WAS WHEN WE TOOK IT TO YOU WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT THE CABLES ARE KINDA SLAPPED/ PUT TOGETHER! I've never been so disappointed at a business as I am at yours. You robbed this trusting loyal customer $1700.

Thank you to the tow truck driver who came immediately to pick my car up on court right and Livingston! He was so nice and professional and offered to tow it to their approved autobody shop for repairs provided me with a flyer and a tow coupon ❤️❤️???? I appreciate you so much

I was stuck in the snow storm on 2/16/23. I have never been in a car accident before, and I had my 12 year old daughter in the car. Another vehicle had swerved into my lane, and I had to crash into the tree line to stop a head on collision. It was the scariest experience of my life.There was approximately 6 other vehicles disabled on the road with me. We were on the bottom of the first hill on Cooke Rd. in Clintonville. Someone recommended calling AAA, and I remembered I had a membership.When I called AAA, my expectations could not have been lower. There were accidents all over the city, and a tow truck can only do so much in a snow storm. I didn't think they would be able to help, and I was expecting at least a 4 hour wait.I also didn't expect the guardian angel that showed up. Tyler from Excite towing called me within 45 minutes, and he immediately understood the situation. He told me everything was going to be okay, and he stayed on the phone with me until he arrived at the scene.Not only did he get my vehicle out of that mess, he stayed until every single person was helped. He single handedly saved all of us.I will never be able to tell Tyler how much he helped me, and I thank God every day he is the one who took the call.Tyler, may God bless you with health, wealth, and happiness ❤️

Had to have a car towed off the freeway at night for a flat tire. The car sits very low to the ground, but the flatbed driver knew what he was doing and did a great job. He was very friendly and courteous. The next day the tire was taken care of and I was back on the road. The service manager was very nice and the technician did a great job.

12/13/23I have been in Ohio visiting, and discovered that I had a grinding noise in the front end of my truck. James was able to get my truck in within a moments notice and had it back to me within a few hours in order for me to head back to Texas the next morning.To say the service provided was phenomenal, would not be doing them justice. They more than exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use their services in the future, and refer them to anyone I know. Everyone deserves a pat on the back for going above and beyond
