I just door dashed an order for one of your employees. I wasn’t given direct instructions on where to deliver and she was so rude when I finally found her. I don’t do this as a job. I’m door dashing for extra money because my daughter passed away in a car accident and need the extra money desperately. She could’ve been a little nicer since it was her fault I was late.

Can we please get a brick mortar location back in Southern Colorado? To only service Denver is wild. Having to drive over 100 miles round trip for work clothes is ridiculous. You’ve lost a lot of business down here.

Worst store on the planet -bought an item returned it within the return time with a receipt. ! Their computers could not recognize a receipt within the time frame - it a month later they have the item and I do not have the return. They are constantly looking into it. It will be put in my account in a week and a month later they have the item they stole it, horrible, horrible company

Longtime customer that has to find another brand that represents me. For over 10 years, I have only purchased expressed clothing. My entire wardrobe is express. Within the last two years they have figured out a way to swindle money out of me every time I use a reward, that I earned. They cancel the order and keep the reward. They canceled my birthday reward. I just placed an order for five items while using it $40 reward. They sent one of the cheapest items which was $28 and kept the rest of the reward and canceled the rest of the order. I hate that this is happening. It was my go-to Brand. I prefer shopping at one store as a matter of convenience and versatility in outfits. This, however, was the last straw. Even if Express comes back is in the near future, I refuse to go back. Express has put themselves in this situation due to poor leadership, mismanagement of funds, and poor customer service and quality. The returns are messed up. I have been delivered dirty items. I have been delivered worn items. I will no longer support a company where customer service is not a priority. I don’t know which brand I will find that represents me, however until then I will continue to look.

I returned an item but was never credited. I’ve sent emails, and called several times. Ive not been able to resolve the issue. I won’t be shopping at Express again. Their customer service has been horrible.

Y’all sent me an email saying “it was a pleasure talking with you, etc. we went with another candidate” WHEN DID WE TALK???? Your recruiter or talent acquisition Ray McKinney never even responded to me for a month???? I never got a single follow up?? This is your hiring process?? Unprofessional as all get out. Zero communication. I am BEYOND glad I did not ever even get the chance to accept an offer with y’all.

I have shopped at several Express stores and have been very satisfied with the quality and price of what I purchased. However, I did make a mistake and joined the Express Club about two months ago. From that point forward I have received between 7 and 15 emails per day which is way too many. I tried to unsubscribe to no avail. I have talked several times to consumer service to get removed from their email listings. Twice I was told that I will be removed from the list but it will take 7 to 10 days to happen. No Luck. Still on the list. Got five emails this morning. It is like Hotel California. You can come in anytime you want but you can never leave. Think twice before you join their special club.Customer support is non-existent

I received my suits in good time and liked the fit of the clothing but wasn’t able to make it to the wedding I had been invited to. Hopefully it’s short term due to COVID, but I found their returns process from Canada to the USA very long. Their customer service was helpful and initiated 2 manual return refunds, along with a complimentary refund for return shipping and international fees. Thank you especially to Gino who noticed my frustration and processed the complimentary refund!

I’m highly disappointed with the service of this business brand. I bought a red, merlot, color suit & recurved only the pants. The customer service response was “this happens occasionally and we are unable to determine when the item ordered will be restocked” So that’s it. No pants anywhere with a undetermined time to when I would receive it. I had an important speaking engagement to go to and wanted to wear a nice suit. I’ve always shopped here and previously worked here during my undergraduate years. Guess the brand has changed over the years. ?
