I have been shopping at Express for 22 years. I have never had such a negative experience as I did this past weekend. I went in with my family and was promptly ignored by every single associate. There were plenty of people working, and plenty of people looked up and saw us, but not a single person said hello or asked us if we needed help or assistance. My wife and I picked out several items and made our way on our own to the fitting rooms. The associates continued to walk past us and completely ignore us. The fitting room was the dirtiest fitting room I've ever been in, with dirt and fuzz and lint and marks all over the floor. It was too gross to even set anything down on. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years I was very disappointed and it makes me hesitate to return.

Had a good experience with one of the associates, Aaron, while shopping there. Polite, genuine, funny, and gave good advice about styles that suited me. Always appreciate good customer service, thanks Aaron!

The store employees forget to remove security tags from items I purchased two different times and when I went back to the store to let them fix the problem, the never apologize for their mistakes but tried to lecture me about their return policy. I wouldn't be back to the store if they removed the security tags the first place. Poor customer service.

I've returned 1 thing in my entire life. I have an express account and shop here for all my clothes. I got another pair of pants, same type and size I get for all my pants, however as I tried this on at home and was ready to wear them, I decided I didn't like this pair. I was told I couldn't return or exchange, even though the receipt and all tags were with them in the bag. I know I'm just one customer and drop In the bucket, but never shopping here again.

Gotta go with three stars on this location. If you’re an XL or XS then you’ll probably find what you like. If you’re one of the common sizes in between, good luck. They didn’t even offer to order a new size into the store for me when I had to make an exchange. They do keep this location very neat and the interior lighting is lovely.

Great quality clothes and some of the best jeans ever. I love the fit and feel of all their clothes... Now those price tags though lol. Quality clothes, but I always wait and just catch good deals on their stuff.

Bought 2 suits here this week and they had a sale of 50% off it was a great deal and the staff was very helpful in finding my sizes in the back! Appreciate the help and customer service.

If you are a Express Insider and pay with a Express gift card, you do NOT earn points. Ridiculous. Why would anyone buy their gift cards now. I found out recently the hard way...by a VERY RUDE phone rep on Express customer service line. Not a great way to treat loyal customers.
