From start to finish this was an amazing experience. I am a single mother, moving my self and two children for the first time, and I needed a place to store my stuff for a month. The employees here were very sweet and went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I met 3 three employees during this month and every one of them were kind and the service they gave was excellent. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all so much!

The facility was very clean and easy to access. The prices are a bit higher than other local storage units, but the facility is nice :)

Extra Space Storage made it really easy to reserve a storage unit online. I received a call from a very helpful, friendly associate who answered all my questions and finalized everything. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

I rented a storage unit offline at the Grandview location, but it ended up not being available. The manager immediately fixed the issue, giving me a larger unit for the same price. I don’t remember the manager’s name, but she was VERY quick to resolve the issue, even on a Saturday afternoon. She was able to speak with her boss and help me out. I definitely left grateful and glad she was there. She handled it amazingly!

Relatively new to the location, but there was a lovely female employee about couple of days ago where I had the situation where my car battery died on me. And she was very accommodating and understanding of my situation (I was away and out of state when this happened). Came back and and eventually got it to work despite asking her all these ridiculous requests just to get a jumpstart on my car 😂
I wanted to give her a review and rating but I think the contact information she has in her system is not current and hasn’t been updated. But I wanted to put it here in case she reads this. Want to really thank her for thinking about the customer’s needs and being accommodating where deemed reasonable. Wish I could rate her at a billion out of 5, but the system won’t allow that 😁 Great customer service!

They were very friendly and easy to work with. I am not Teck savvy and they were able to explain everything in a way that I could understand it. I really appreciated the customer service. They were helpful and nice. I appreciate that in a business. Kess was very nice and patient with my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit. 5 Stars!
