I usually don’t do reviews but I Rented a storage unit around Feb this year they have you sign a contract that they them selfs don’t follow or seem to understand and when you try to hold them up to it from there failure to do there part.When they decide the original price they give you is a promotional price on top of paying an insurance charge they will help you out knowing there in the wrong raising prices without email or certified mail as the clerk at the 191 N Wilson Rd location said they did for the 3 months that the issue was on going when come to find out the address was incorrect on file when corrected given the chance to send there 30 day notice as they state in the contract of the increase. You don’t pay on time you won’t be able to enter your unit they will strong arm you to pay there price without upholding to there contract not how business should be done especially when there is a clear contract that states what is going to happen when rate increase is to be a valid price. Month to month both ends get 30 days to agree to a price and if the continued terms are to be continued. Not how business should be done!
