This family dollar(then again, just about ALL of them!) reminded me of Kmart when they went bankrupt. Some lights were on, some wasn't, and half of the store was empty. It makes you wonder, "Why even try?"

Today was the second time that my hubby bought a bic lighter for me from this family dollar, (he doesn’t smoke) and get home, and the lighter is empty yet brand new. One time, ok..shit happens….but twice now? Something shady is going on in my opinion especially when the customer svc agent pretty much refuse to help or do anything about it!!!! No receipt no exchange is what she said. Well, she doesn’t know her customer rights and laws of exchange and return apparently. So I’ll have to talk to a supervisor tomorrow. Till then, no lighter. Smh. So check everything u buy from here for being outdated or used up.

Shopped here for about an hour with a cart full of items. Entire order was cancelled over one chipped pan they carelessly left on the shelf. I didn’t have time to wait another hour to checkout.
Apparently you can’t remove a single item off the order without re scanning EVERY item. Don’t shop here, incompetent and ratchet manager/staff. 🥲

This store used to be horrible with the ceiling, tiles falling in, water all over the floor, I think I’ve seen roaches in there!However, they are now under new management, and have revamped the inside of the stores lately. The shelves stay stocked, and the employees are very helpful and very friendly. I hadn’t been in there in over a year and was pleasantly surprised. I have decided to shop there again as it is closer to my house.
