Went in used the ATM to get money out .then went to buy some chips...the girl working there stayed on her phone the whole time..then tells me she couldn't give me change only because she thought I was going to do laundry. RIDICULOUS .. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE NOT TO MENTION SHE DID NOT LOOK EXCITED TO WORK FOR FAMILY DOLLAR. I'll make sure I time stamp this so the boss will know who was working. How do these people end up with jobs is baffling to me ...2/8/2024 12:40pm

Family dollar should shut their doors, trust me you won't be missed! If dealing with the people outside of the store asking for change isn't enough, then you have to deal with the water falling from the ceiling, then on top of that you have to deal with the bad customer service from the employees ( or I should say those standing around) try reaching the head office or a DM is like wishing on a star, again! If you're employees can't understand that they get a check because customers buy, then shut the doors! You will not be missed!

I went to this location to buy a pack of cigarettes and had my boyfriend with me. We got very rude service and since I had a drink in my hand that I had bought earlier that day(from giant eagle), they accused me of stealing, would not let me see the cameras to prove I walked in with my drink. If you are looking to go to the dollar store, this probably isn't the location you want to visit

Every time I try to return an item they give me a hard time . Always asking me a bunch of questions. This happened twice. Once the manager left me standing there waiting for my refund while he did other things when he was supposed to be giving me my refund. I never have this problem any place else. Never friendly and not very clean.
