Dear customers do not ship at this location anymore their lazy employees and the store is always dirty they sale old expired items and sodas I repeat boycott family dollar .

Okay so I bought a speaker that was broken from this specific Family Dollar one of my money back the next day after I tried everything to make it work properly and it did not work I was refused my money back from this cheat speaker which was only $6 apparently didn't have enough money in the register to give me my money back so they made up some for a BS excuse on store policy and then today because I am new to the neighborhood and live very very far from that pacific Family Dollar I needed to borrow the cart I was planning on bringing it back as soon as I drop my household items off a manager or staff member a woman followed me almost all the way home and refused to let me take the car any further with threatening me I've never stolen anything in my life and I was treated like a rude comment criminal I do not appreciate this at all I will take my business elsewhere

Get basic supplies at a lower cost than at a "superstore."Only issues I have with this particular location is that they don't have carts. Been told because people keep stealing them, the manager won't get more. Shame really because of not having carts, I usually limit what I buy to 1-3 items since I have to carry everything around.The other issue is that when they're stocking, they bring everything out at one time, clogging up the aisles & makes it very hard for someone who uses a cane to get through the store to the items I want to buy. Not very disabled-friendly.

I go into this store daily, on day'sI have to work I have limited time in the morning to get what I need for work and after work (seeing closing a few hours early really helps stop the spread of the virus, lazy imo). So I leave my warm house to walk in the cold so I could be told by the young blonde female clerk (while she was leaning over on her phone chewing something) that I'm not old enough to buy from the store... I got limited time I never see many elderly people at this location, its honestly discrimination to not let me shop when the store opens because I'm not a certain age, maybe the ACLU would like to know about this...
