I went in for a dog water bowl but they don't have them... They didn't even have a regular cereal bowl. I had to get a multi pack of storage containers.

Got up & drove here early because it was the closest store open at 8:00 I arrived at 8:10 doors still not open & then they came put a sign on the door saying open at 8:30.

Super unprofessional. Staff intentionally leaves the wrong price stickers up on items and then refuses to refund you when you were charged a different price even though you never left the store. Refusing to refund us against corporate policy. Asst manager is rude and disrespectful. Nothing is ever stocked, everything just sits in boxes in the isles. The store is so dirty I wouldn't be surprised if you caught something shopping here.

We here they open long line seen the workers shopping and the other two on the phone at 7pm with the doors lock and long line of customers out side they just keep putting up a finger talking about one minute 30 minutes now

Had an issue with a transaction & the store manager at the time did her absolute best to assist with the issue. Left out with absolutely no issues because the store manager took charge, heard our issues and handled it!!! Honestly was prepared for some BS but walked out with mad respect for this location! I know she’s already positioned in high rank but give that woman ANOTHER RAISE HUNTYYY! She was amazing to us and listened to us!I hate I didn’t grab her name! But I know she’s the store manager, and a damn good one!

The bald headed manager was extremely rude and nasty, tried to ask for her name and she refused to give me her name but fortunately was able to get her name from another manager at another location so I can reach out to the home office to report her. I don’t recommend this location they lack of empathy, respect and professionalism.
