Tomorrow morning I have to cancle my order since fedex can't seem to deliver a small box from Grove city to reynoldsburg before I leave out of town and they've repeatedly told me it would be here 2 days ago and then it's going to be here today which it's not and if it was something from out of state I could understand but now FEDEX has become a pathetic excuse for a shipping company

Never will ever use FedEx again they need to be wiped off this earth, they are always delaying package and there website and customer services is absolute shit !

Painfully slow service and no critical thinking skills result in wasted time for customers. Every trip I've made here has been maddening. They either ignore you, work at a snail's pace, or give you incorrect information. Avoid this location.

The guy and the lady at this store are extremely courteous, cheerful, professional, and helpful. This is much better than the Blacklick post office.

Wow, a UPS site that is now open 7 days a week! This UPS business is very well stocked, has mailing items (tape, envelopes, boxes, etc. The owner and his staff are knowledgeable and customer service friendly - something that is not always seen elsewhere. I highly recommend this business. Outstanding service.

This is a nice FedEx. They have great customer service and do a great job getting you in and out.

This location is hit or miss. It really depends on wether or not the employees are rude to you or not. I'm sure they have to put up with a lot but I believe each customer should be treated on a case by case basis. I recently tried sending my work laptop back for repairs and had a negative experience. This is even with my company paying for everything. The best time to go to this location is during the day when they have multiple people behind he desk. Those are usually the best experiences I've had at this location. After peak hours; workers are too stressed and hard to work with. I will continue to go to this location as it is the closest one to me.
