I had a great experience! Needed menus printed for my business and after my own fumble, they quickly fixed the mistake and got me what I needed. Will definitely be going to them for all future prints!

There was a sizing issue with my order, but Dylan was diligent in correcting it in time for an important presentation. Throughout the entire process, he was very patient, courteous, and knowledgeable about store products. A true asset to your company. I'm at this location often, and have seen him give similar excellent service to other customers as well.

I've tried, oh Lord how I've tried. I can't speak to their shipping services, as I have only tried their "printandgo" service. The three times i have had last minute printing to do, it was trial and error to get anything to print. Customer service is certainly great, but the equipment isn't up to par!

This is the kindest and most patient staff at a Fed Ex and any office print center that I have experienced, in a while. They are in my neighborhood and I am dropping by pretty often. Many of the staff have been working there throughout the pandemic. They practically do social service, helping people with all kinds of problems related to mailing, printing, and communicating. A resourceful and kind group of people.

Worst visit to this store ever. I cried when I came home because the employee that 'helped' me was so incredibly rude and condescending. I'm moving out of my college apartment and needed to see what the medium/large boxes looked like since I didn't know what 16x16, etc looks like. I'm a visual person. Instead of being nice and saying "sure, let me show you a couple to see if this is the size you're thinking", he tells me in a very condescending voice "sure, I will go and pull out every single box and show you". I never once asked to see every single box. When he brings out two, he holds it up, proceeds to assemble the box and says "see, it looks a rectangle right now, but then you fold it up by these flaps like this and then it becomes a cube". I'm standing there thinking to myself "is this really f****** happening right now? what the f***** So I already feel horrible, so I just say I'll take two of the medium boxes, and apparently he decided I didn't need two of those, because after I checked out and had to break down all the boxes he f****** assembled while being an a******* I noticed he gave me a huge box that I purposely did not ask for because it was TOO F****** BIG! So I paid for a box that i did not want. I don't know what his name was (Rick or something with an R, I think?), but he's a middle aged white dude who is pretty ugly with nasty visible veins on his forearms.

I had the worst experience of my life with this Fedex. I had my passport over night shipped by my friend. Guess what, i never got it. I was stranded in Miami and had to pay over 600 dollars total to change my flight, get another hotel room, and extend my call rental. No one wanted to take responsibilty of the problem and keep on passing the problem to someone else.
