I wouldn’t have thought to post for this FedEx office except for seeing some negative review. I think the staff here is fantastic! One woman that regularly works the front desk multitasks to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible.

They lost my laptop I was sending in for repair. I called the store and explained that my laptop had not received any updates since I dropped it off at their location several days ago. The lady on the phone with me, Jenny, was incredibly rude and claimed she “had no idea what I was talking about”, then transferred me to another location. The next operator was much kinder and said she found it concerning that they did not know what was happening. I am unsure if my laptop is completely gone as of this time. Please do not go here if you value your expensive objects.

Malik is a wonderful employee -- He went above and beyond to assist me with the paper cutter in store (which I had no idea existed) while an extremely unruly customer gave him a hard time and started a confrontation with him for trying to help him further with his complex requests/set-up at the self-serve printer. Not to mention, the store was buzzing with other customers utilizing the printing/packaging services. Malik stayed calm, collected, and reasonable the whole time, while still serving excellent customer service with a smile. Go Malik!

This particular FedEx location is always busy, and a little difficult to get to (Starbucks traffic and narrow driveways), but the team there is A+. I don't know if Treece is the location manager, but she owns the operations like a boss: she's quick, friendly, and professional, and she and the rest of the team members I've encountered there display a facility with the site's functions that's as refreshing as it is effective. Well done, Treece and crew!

I've visited here over a dozen times in the past couple of years, and I can't remember any issues (except that parking is tight, which isn't their fault). I stopped by at a busy time on New Year's Eve and they were working hard, helping multiple customers at once. I was happy with how it went, so I had to leave them a review.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I went into ship something internationally, needing a return shipping label back to the states, I have never done this type of shipment before so I knew I would need the help. The woman who ended up helping me went above and beyond to try and sort it for me even though it ended up not being something she could do for me in store that day she really tried to make it work, and still ended up giving me the guidance I needed to do it myself. The next time I went in to actually ship out my documents another woman helped me who was equally as friendly and helpful. All around a great store with super nice and helpful staff!
