Waited about 40 minutes with only two staff working. Even after being helped, printing a single page took another 15 minutes because the machines were off. If you’re in a hurry, this location will be frustrating, plan for a long wait.

I have been using store #0257 to fulfill print orders and shipping for my company since January 2023. I have never had an issue with the print job and the orders have always arrived on time. This is an amazing feat because I am located in North Carolina, so I am unable to inspect their work personally before it gets shipped. I refuse to use a local FedEx because of the ease of working with Tammy Dunn. Tammy and her team always provide patience in ordering, the quickest service, and they ensure the quality of the product. Thank you for providing the absolute best customer service for years.

I am using this FedEx for over 4 years, and I haven’t had any bad experience. The people there are very good. But today there was a girl, Zuleini, pretty face with an attitude. She behaved so rudely, telling me to go and take a sit, telling me they do not do printing of pictures as normal print outs, and then huffing and puffing while she was doing it. She could have apologized for taking so long a time. And then after Steve came out from an inner room, she calmed down. Customer service is all about not showing that you might be having a bad day. We are all human and we might have a bad day here and there. But we should be humble and compassionate of what we do. I don’t even know whether anyone from FedEx will read this review or not.

Great staff, so friendly and helpful. And Tammy made my Christmas by taking the extra time to repackage my international gifts such that I saved over $200!!! She didn't have to, and I just so so appreciate her extra effort. I hope she gets to see this review. Merry Christmas Tammy!

I just left the store.
I went in to get a box specifically a box that cost $20 the lady whom i believe is a store manager was upset that I had a price I wanted to spend but not the exact size of the box this lady was not nice nor welcoming what so ever she had no type of customer services.
She is too above age to not know how to treat ppl . Even the gentleman that was working there tried to come over and help and she did not let him help I asked him to please come back to help me because I felt so attacked . I felt like what I was asking for was so ridiculous even more since she commented “no one ever comes into the store and not know the size of the box” she really hurt my feelings considering I’m 8months pregnant carrying twins I can’t control my emotions much .
It sad because I go above and beyond for my customers and even strangers I just wish ppl treated me the way I treat ppl I wish someone will go above and beyond for me I wish someone gave me exceptional customer service the way I do every single day . Maybe someone will but that someone is NOT a fedex employee.
I live 5 mins away from this location but you’ll never be seeing my face again !
Learn how to be helpful and not come off arrogant and rude Learn how to value customers and maybe you won’t loose anymore !

W-A-S a super bad place, but it looks like the owners are now taking care of it. The new lady manager (or owner?) seems to know exactly what she’s doing and is taking feedback into account. Yes, it takes time, but it looks like the place is being revamped with the goal of serving the local customers and the community!
I’m very glad to see such a change in less than 3 months, and I believe this place will be thriving soon!
Love what you guys are doing and what you’re trying to accomplish!

Usually this location is decent. But I was standing in-line and witnessed the most impatient and borderline prejudice worker there. She was being very unprofessional with a minority family. It really upset me. Please address this with your employees to treat everyone with the same candor.
