The staff today 3/21/25 10am EST couldn't care less about it's customers. And don't even think about a staff member taking a package from you instead of the self help box. (This location will actually scold you) Even if it is fragile, too big, awkward or heavy. As an online seller I use this location regularly. Has really declined in service the past 7 or 8 months. If the shipping prices are close I now go elsewhere. Remember we have options aside from FEDEX. I actually do not like even going into this location.

Life is full of little challenges that can have big ramifications, from shipping overseas to quality presentations and even photos for passports. The team here always gets it right and helps everyone with these tasks that could be life changing.
Maybe it’s great personalities, but it seems as though this crew created a culture of care that goes beyond excellent service. For all those little tasks, this shop has you covered.

I was really pleased with the customer service here and the self service area was spacious and easy to work through. The interior is listed and nice. Great first time experience! Will return!

Avoid this location if possible. Service is extremely slow and the staff are very rude. Lesley especially is very rude and needlessly condescending.

Customer service is great. Went to Staples and they just said they were too busy. The lady complaining but here at FedEx the guy was just so kind and got my póster printout within 5 minutes. Thanks

Friendly, professional service. It turns out thst due to my last minute situation they were not able to serve my needs, but they patiently and kindly explained my options, which is all that I can reasonably ask for.

If i can give them "0" point, i will do that!!! Their service attitude is very poor and impatient. When I ask questions, they always answer me "Your label is not purchased from me. Go to the website where you bought it. We didn't earn your money." If you guys don't earn the postage, why are you mailing the package for me? It's really puzzling, can't you be more patient with the international person? The person in charge kept pointing at me, which made me feel very disrespected. Will never mail anything from this store again.

An order for about $200 worth of cat litter I didn't place was charged to my card and delivered to me. The box came damaged but still intact. I do not keep large boxes laying around and brought it back to this location. Woman refused to ship it without repacking it and them charging me for the privilege. FedEx was responsible for the damaged box and should have offered to place it in another box without charge. This was a worthless 20 minute trip and it's quite frustrating.
