Juke is the saving grace for this store. Get him coworkers who are properly trained and/or have pride in their work. I personally experienced and witnessed woeful attempts by his coworker to “help” customers. Juke ended up doing all of the work, not only to complete customer order, but also restore customer relations, and was patient and professional in every instance.

Poor customer service. After spending $35.00 of my hard earned money to send a package a thank you would have been appropriate. Poor job Fedex. I will never go here again.

Poor Attitude and Lack of Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience today. The FedEx employee I interacted with displayed a complete lack of professionalism—no greeting, no courtesy, and a rude attitude when I asked a simple question about shipping options. The behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable. This kind of service is not what I expect from FedEx.

The staff in this store is the reason why I drive past the UPS store and pay $2 more. The guys working here are friendly, personable and professional.They make me feel confident that my packages are in good hands.

I’ve always believed that when you rely on a company for important services like shipping, you should be able to trust their employees to provide accurate information. Unfortunately, my recent experience with FedEx was a huge letdown. I went to the East Broad Columbus store and made it clear to the employee that I needed a package delivered by Wednesday, October 23rd. This was crucial because we absolutely needed it by Thursday morning. The employee guaranteed me that the package would get to the delivery location Wednesday, no later than 5 PM.
However, not only did the package miss the Wednesday deadline, but now it’s not even set to arrive until Thursday evening—completely missing the critical time frame we discussed. When I reached out to customer service, I was told I should have read the sign or checked their website about their no-refund policy on 2-day deliveries. But let’s be real—I'm not a FedEx shipping expert. I didn't tell them I wanted the 2-day delivery. I told them the time frame, and I trusted the employee's recommendation based on my clear need for timely delivery.
What’s most frustrating is that this isn’t about the money. I would have gladly paid more to ensure the package arrived when promised. It’s about the failure to deliver on what was assured to me at the store. I’ve used UPS in the past, and they’ve always been reliable and helpful. After this experience, I can confidently say I’ll never be using FedEx again.
If reliability and accountability matter to you, I strongly advise against using FedEx for your shipping needs.

It’s been “being processed” for 30min. And no staff is actually working! Their attitude is horrible!!!
