I ordered a gift for my granddaughters Christmas on December 7 for next day delivery. It is now December 16 and just received an email that it's delayed again until tomorrow. This has been an everyday message since the December 8. Original reason was because of inclement weather but there wasn't any inclement weather during that day or the rest of the week. Inclement weather started that Saturday and as I started with it's now Tuesday December 16 at 11am and package has already been delayed for another day.
My package has been in Columbus since December 8 and has not been delivered! Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

One of the drivers/employees tore open my package from Victoria's Secret and stole my items then had the audacity to deliver an empty bag. Some of the items are sold out so I can't even get them replaced most were on black Friday sales. These were gifts for family members. Very disgusted and disappointed. I hope you catch the person who is stealing from your customers. Gross behavior. Do better.

This FedEx location is terrible. My package arrived at this facility on 9/6 it is now 9/11 and tracking still says arrived at local FedEx facility. I called FedEx for the last 4 days and each time I was told it would be delivered tomorrow..after the 4th time they attempted to tell me this I escalated the issue to a supervisor. Now miraculously my package is ready for pick up?? This place is a joke if you don’t like the job quit!

This Fed Ex lost my package. I own a small car dealership and this was a title that is very important that can really hurt our business . Fed ex says they been looking for it but they loose small packages all the time. It’s been 2 days and still have not found it . It’s not like anyone can just get a new title .. it’s a process .. the customer needs the title , the lender needs the title and it makes my business look bad.. I would not recommend them for small envelopes.

Got a email saying my package was going to be delivered on a Sunday the driver sped past my house and I never got my package. I’m reporting the driver and calling to complain again about terrible service and I’ll never use fedex again after this

Place is better off closed! Package held at this location for 3 days, without any movement or explanation. Management knows nothing.

FedEx has been saying my package is going to be delivered for 2 weeks now! When you call customer service they aren't very helpful either. They just tell you what they think you want to hear...just lies...now I have to go pick up my package...seems like the only way I will get it! Very frustrating!!! If I could give 0 stars i would!!

They can't get a package delivered on time even when they are in your subdivision delivering other packages. My Hello Fresh arrives warm a lot and not able to eat it.

Everyone file complaints to fedex higher ups about this place, things need changed here. Like others that have reviewed, they say your package is out for delivery and then they will not deliver it, they are rude and nasty people who don’t care about getting your package to you.

4600 Poth Rd facility just lies about attempting deliveries. You wait all day and your package is never delivered. I get messages saying my package is out for delivery. Then I call FedEx and they tell me it’s sitting at the facility and was never attempted delivery 2 days now I been waiting. I asked to go pick it up and they said I couldn’t. How can my package be out for delivery if it’s not even on a truck????? Since FedEx divorced Amazon they are the worst delivery company. You would be better off going with USPS or UPS. And if you do get your delivery on time from FedEx it’s damaged.

Absolutely horrible service. I have a next day air package coming to me. It has been out for delivery two days in a row and I still haven’t received it. They keep coming up with lame excuses I will never use FedEx again. They are the absolutely worst delivery service I have ever seen.

Terrible. I’ve had a package in transit for over a week and no one has reached out to me I had to call them and now they’re telling me that I need to come pick my package up. They don’t even have many hours. They are useless . I will not use them again.

Had a package sitting at this location for days. Less than 2 miles away. Tried contacting customer service and was told you can't use customer service during the holiday season. Thank you for ruining my kids Christmas

I’ve been waiting for a package since the 14th. Everyday the update say it’s out for delivery. After hours it says delayed. I called the the location that it should be at and they said I should call back if I don’t get it today. I explained to the guy that the truck already came and he had the stop but not the order. I told the guy I shouldn’t have to call back. They should be trying to see where it is. He guy didn’t say anything else.
