They are the worst. For a few days to jump through hoops to access your account while things are fluid and you want to make transactions? Never ever will they help you in down markets. Lose your sign in and make it hard to jump what you are allowed.

Fidelity gambles away your money on the stock exchange loses about 2 hundred thousand but that ok bill don't need it.

Shannon Bullock, since becoming marketing manager of Fidelity Life you have made my life a living hell with your endless bot attacks on my personal email account. How can I trust a company that buys and sells my personal information?. The funny thing is that, when I tried to send an email to you, personally, or even your company email; it was returned saying that your mailbox was full. Since you love mass marketing so much, including spam mail, why don't you publish your REAL email so that we can return the favor and sell it to scammers? I will not be using Fidelity Life so please take me off your mailing lists.

I'm getting old. Well, I'm already old, but I'm starting to think about retirement. Our company's 401k is through them, plus they do more general retirement services. So I went to their website, and talked to an advisor on the phone, and then came in here for a meeting. Learned a lot at every step. Went through a bunch of options, made some decisions about which direction to head, nothing definite yet but at least I know where I'm going now. The website is easy to use, the phone advisor was good, and the service at this location was good as well. It's convenient near the highway. Comfy inside. Updated with nice furniture and big computer screens to go over options. Jeff was down to earth and knowledgeable. I'll be back. Hopefully soon.

Anyone but fidelity. Why ? High fees,, poor customers service. Nasty workers. They just don't care about your concerns..my wife's and i and 3 friends finally wised up and started to moving out accounts elsewhere.

Excellent experience with Chad (manager). There are 3 Chad’s in the office. It would be 5 stars if the phone system wasn’t so hard to navigate. Quick tip… say “Branch office” that finally got me to where I needed.

I have had accounts with Fidelity since 2013 and I am very pleased with their service. Every time I call, I get a real, knowledgeable person to assist me. The last experience I had, I wanted to deposit some rollover checks from my old 401K company and I was nervous to send the checks via snail mail. The lady on the phone walked me through the process on how to deposit the checks via the phone app by taking a picture and all. Real secure and easy. Seconds after I made the electronic deposit, they showed on my Fidelity account online as "pending" transactions already. I am happy with Fidelity!

Big changes from pre covid. You can still meet with an investment specialist..but, most counter services are gone. Advisor asks you to do biz online or call the main customer service line.

Apparently you must link your bank account twice.... one for sending payments and one for receiving? Makes no sense. It's the same account. The most inconvenient online payment system I have ever seen.

Customer service is horrible .... called the phone number and waited over 20 minutes to talk to a human; finally gave up! I would not even give them a star if I had the choice.I can’t link my Fidelity account to another trading platform which then makes my Fidelity account useless!!!!!!!!
