Tito did an amazing job. He explained everything to me before opening up a account and he even called to check on me a few weeks later. Any questions I ask he is always happy to answer them. Thank you so much!

I apply for PPP lone with 5/3 for over 4 month aver time I ask ( I ask him three time) if there any updates the manager or the ppp manager say i will call you back and he never call !!

Changing my review to 1* because all the attention was only until the first few months, now forget about calling Brian doesn't even pick my calls or answer back because he's moved to a different role. Also it takes 2 days to transfer money to this account. Not helpful.
