I am a senior citizen and I was scammed on the phone once I realized I would have been scammed I had my bank account stopped and the next day I went into the fifth third Branch in Grandview I had to speak with the young man by the name of Zack I didn't really catch his last name but Zack was excellent he explained things to me he ordered me a new card and then once I got my card there were still some mistakes that was made and I had to call and talk to Zach then again his excellent customer service in his knowledge of banking really helped me out a lot thank you so much Zach

Absolute worst bank and worst customer service. I have multiple accounts including a couple business accounts. If you want to be mansplained by a jerk on every single “this is our system” blah blah blah. Don’t get an account. They are incompetent, unhelpful and half of the staff is just point blank rude. The other half are kind and helpful and give you a smile like we know our system is challenging sorry for the inconvenience. My business account was a nightmare to open that should have been my first clue but thought it was close to my house and would be convenient. Then tried to open a Girl Scout account and not a single person there could figure out the system again just like my business account. Spent an hour in a half trying to figure it out. My troop had to end up going to Huntington down the road. This past experience I withdrew over 2k from the teller from the drive though last week and this week was mansplained that I had to get out of my car and come inside for the same amount. Last week a kind female who offered my daughter who she saw in the back a sucker and this week a dude who non empathetically demanded that I park and come in to the building for reasons I could not hear because he would not talk into the microphone. After 4 years with them I will start to move all my accounts to a different bank.

Bank of the Poor!
How about zero stars!
Had a subscription on 5/3 credit card didn't remember what it was. Called the number on the card. They couldn't cancel the transaction. Told them then to close the card. Did that but some reoccurring transactions are forced through. Bank calls everyday for their late payment. I couldn't talk to them because my cell phone thought they are spam and hung up after 15 seconds. Didn't know I had a balance because I closed the account. Went into a branch to close the card wasting my time. And still don't have confidence the banker who looked like he graduated from college in '24 successfully did it.
Don't get a credit card from them. Their customer service and systems are inept. They function in the modern world like a bank of the poor.

Absolutely the worst bank in Columbus, fifth time in here and just no service and when you do get service they send you money to someone else's account and never got to cards I ordered 8 years ago. Just close the place and start over!

Visiting from out of state for an extended period of time in December, I needed a 5/3 Bank to handle some financial transactions that had been accumulating. When entering the bank I was greeted by Clayton Schindley (Clay). We sat down in his office and he proceeded to help me with my needs. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I left with all of my concerns addressed and a smile on my face. If I lived in the Grandview Heights area, Clay would be my go-to Personal Banker.

My bank should be able to accommodate my needs... If there is an online service to move money then, therefore I should be able to move MY MONEY.. but for some reason it's always under some kind of "maintenance".. then I get hit with an overdraft fee and yes I can get it waived but I my twice a year.. this bank is absolute trash and I intend on moving banks or non at all. So completely ridiculous

Avoid this branch if you are a business doing night drops. They are extremely unorganized.

I have been having good experiences at this location every time I go and I feel comfortable going here. The manager Dakota was great and solved my problem, he was also very informative without being pushy or condescending. Thank you Dakota!

This specific branch is lost when it comes to their products and services. I’m not saying fifth third as bad as a hole, but this branch is terrible and I would choose elsewhere.

This bank has on multiple occasions messed up my deposits and I’ve had to go back in to have them fix it. They need to train these people better.
