To my surprise she actually followed through with sending the card FedEx to my mom within the two days! I shouldn't have had to go through what I did, but in the end she got her card as requested!

I keep getting a phone call from Kasey "my personal banker" but gives me call back number not related to Fifth Third on Holt Rd. or any other Fifth Third. I've had zero problems with this bank over the years but this call seems a little shady especially coming after banking hours. I'll block the number and see if they try again with a different phone number. This doesn't seem like something a real bank would be doing.

Only one person working the drive thru and the lobby on a Friday.. expect to wait a pretty lengthy time. Won't be opening an account here.

Don't buy money orders from 5/3bank your charged 2.00 for a money order,that is way to much when you have a bank acct with them,guess it's time to look around for another bank now,this bank will try anything to get your money these days,this bank is going downhill fast it's time to depart ways.

After reading some of these reviews, I wasn't expecting much assistance from the branch. However, Matt and his team helped me with an issue on my account very quickly and accurately. In fact, I need to say that it was maybe the most friendly, responsive, and helpful treatment I've ever received from a bank, any bank. I have a lot of confidence that I can call upon them in the future when trying to resolve money problems!

Went in to close my 360 card accounts and open 2 new checking accounts. Was dressed down because I just left work. Maybe that's why I got such crappy service? Waited a few minutes for bank rep Matt to finish his lunch so he could help me. Wait, he was no help.....Then he asked me to wait while he texted on his phone...I left after a several minutes, guess if they don't get commission on new accounts they could care less if they open new ones. I might be moving my business accounts as well, it's not my first problem with this bank. Matt is being overpaid no matter what he makes, because he was useless at doing things that are his job! Also playing around on your phone at work while on customer's time is tactless to say the least.

Severely understaffed location. People are nice but the waits are always too long
