Wasn’t the location but 5th 3rd as a whole. My problem is that I have had an account for years never had an issue and I was hurt in a work accident and I received 2 checks from my lawyers office one for a smaller amount and one for an abnormally large amount. I went in and they cashed the smaller one and then I deposited the bigger one. This was on a Monday, by Friday morning I couldn’t log in my account so I called and they said we can’t verify the check so we froze your account and in 30 days your account will be closed and you can get any money you had in account then. So I went to a branch with the paper work on the checks and the check stubs and the lady there was very helpful but I can’t access my account and my card doesn’t work and if I need any money that post to my account I have to go into the bank. But they sent the paper work to the fraud department and I guess it’ll take 3 days for my account and the check to to clear. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I will be taking my business else where.

I’ve been coming to this bank doing deposits for a multi million dollar company for years now. Today I’ve had enough. I use to have a good relationship with the people inside but lately it’s just been excuse after excuse as to why they can’t help me. When asked to speak with a manager I was told they were “out for awhile” but they told you to relay me the information? I’m not giving my personal information for a bank account that has nothing to do with me. SORRY. The ladies in the office today were nothing but rude. After reading the other reviews of this location you would think higher ups could’ve stepped in by now. I’ll gladly drive the extra 10 mins to a different location.

Very courteous staff they were helpful in helping in trying to cash a check but opened an account instead, didn't pressure me into it but told my options. Deborah was very helpful thank you.

One of the worst branches to ever be. Staff is amazingly rude and awful. You ask a simple question and you’re dismissed. And when you have applied directly to the branch and follow up they claim they have no records of such application. This place is awful never come to bank here

One of the worst branches there is! Called in regards to my account and had a couple questions. Some girl named Deseriee or however you spell it wanted get smart and was no help to my matter. I would not recommend this location!!! Nothing but problems and no help. Like customer service is your job… lol if you can’t and don’t have good customer service then you’re in the wrong field.

Be careful in dealing with this bank. A lot of money disappears and when you doubt it and inform them, they apologize to you and return the amount and say that a technical error has occurred. And if you don't notice it and check, they steal your money

Not everyone is rude in here but sometimes some associates are rude it’s because this bank is near to busy road Morse road. Everyone is ok but Brandan is very patient and nicest associate from this location. Understandably Always had great service.<3

This specific fifth third is the worst location you can go to, to my knowledge. I’ve been here about 8 times since I moved close and the atm has been broken about 5 of those times. One time it ate my 500$ and just stayed on the “one moment please” screen. If you go here you’ll most likely realize it was a mistake.

Customer service here lacks in all areas, especially from bank manager Shauntele or however you spell it. Please provide extra training to this individual.
