Extremely unprofessional and rude staff if you can get them to get off of their cell phones for about 5 minutes

If I could I will give this bank a 0star review. The manager is professional, but not his coworkers.

Worst bank ever

I barely review bank services. But I have to review this particular branch. I have had a great relationship with 53 bank and branch offices except this one. They post fees on my sav account which is not supposed to. My mailing address had been messed up for more than 6 months. Finally I visited a different branch and had these issues resolved. I thought I would give this branch more chances. Who doesn't make mistake?

I unfortunately have my car loan through them, but will refinance through someone else as soon as I can after the way I was just treated. Had paypal come out of a wrong account, had the funds in a second account and they charged me $111.00 in fees and would not waive it what so ever, even though the money WAS present in an account. Immediately cancelled my account and went to Chase bank across the street, glad to know this 5/3 "values" my service of over 10 years with them. Never again will they flat out steal my money. Ive also warned all my family members who bank with themwho are now switching also. Be warned!

LOVE 5/3rd! We have been getting mortgages with Kathy Bornhorst for many years. From our home mortgage to our investment properties, she knows all the ins and outs and explains every detail (my husband loves this since he has a financial background). She recommends the best mortgage for our needs and we like that they keep our mortgage in house. Worth a call to speak with someone who KNOWS MORTGAGES inside and out.

Never received a call back from the lead mortgage lender Joe S after stating he would do so. Ended up working with a smaller lender and was approved immediately. I'm starting to notice that the larger banks really don't want the little guys money. Little guy meaning anyone who is looking for less than a 300k mortgage apparently and must make over 150k per year. Save your time and work with a smaller bank or credit union.

This has been the worst banking experience ever. I opened a new checking account on the last day of a promotion for "open an account, get $150". In order to qualify, you had to set up direct deposit and make two mobile bank deposits using their special app, which seemed like a good deal. Well, I was able to use the app once successfully, then when I tried several times to deposit other checks, it didn't work. I tried various locations and lighting, but nothing worked so I had to go to the bank to make the deposits. I emailed customer service over 30 days ago to seek resolution; it took 10+ days to receive a generic response which was no help. I then called the branch last week and was basically chastized for not contacting them directly with my issue, stating 'we can resolve the issue much faster.' The account manager, 'Jesus', was supposed to call me back the next day. 9 days later and still haven't heard back. 2 days ago I left a message for the branch manager. Haven't heard back. Called back today to speak with him; conveniently he is out of the office. Did I want to be transferred to voice mail? Um, no, because no one returns phone calls from this bank. So what happened? I got transferred BACK to this person's voice mail after I said I didn't want to go there. The reason for this review? Since I can't get any information, even an acknowledgement, I have become completely fed up with this bank and will be closing this account due to breech of promotion and HORRIBLE customer service. I would advise you to NEVER give this bank your business. They don't do anything to deserve your trust. Signed, Extremely Disappointed
