Katlyn, Bill and the entire team at Fine Line Auto Body are now my go-to body shop. I was referred to them by Goodyear Bexley and they did not disappoint. It was my first time dealing with insurance due to a collision and they were patient, kind and responsive.

They did a great job. I had repair work done to my tailgate and bumper and It looks brand new. They even went above above and beyond when I asked them to take off the emblem that they just put back on, I'm getting a lighted bow tie. All in all, I would recommend them. I've used them before after they repaired my wife's car. Great work then to. I go to the shop on Alum Creek. Check em out. You won't be sorry.

Fine Line Auto Body on Alum Creek Dr, in Columbus Ohio, repaired two of our cars. The service both in the shop and on the telephone both times they repaired our vehicles was/has been exemplary. They communicated with us promptly, clearly and thoroughly about the entire insurance reimbursement process. When an estimate needed to be supplemented, they did it w/out hesitation. It gave me as the mother of two young adults who were driving the cars, a great sense of peace knowing that both cars had been repaired by such a reputable company. I highly recommend them. You would be well served. The Crafters.

When my car needed repaired after some damage, I was distraught. Between a moderately high deductible and the cost of rentals, I was panicking. I usually use a body shop in my hometown, but one of my friends suggested Fine Line, and their Alum Creek location was close to me, so after talking to their rep on the phone, I stopped in a couple days later, and as soon as I began talking about my problem, Bill in their office says 'You've got the [my car model]?' - the rep had already phoned ahead and Bill had already readied everything even before I'd set a drop-off date.
Long story short, what I thought was catastrophic damage only took them a couple weeks to completely fix, they set me up with a loaner, and they helped me with my deductible. When they told me everything they were going to do for me, I literally went outside and cried because the stress relief was so impactful.
Look, I know we've all come to expect business as usual, so even the slightest thing seems like great customer service these days. When I say Fine Line treated me with WORLD CLASS customer service, I mean it from the standpoint of any period in time. I'm still stunned even days after picking up the car, and decided to sit down and type this out to fully give credit to the best customer service experience I've had in decades.

Edit: I got into another fender bender a few months after my first review, and they were just as amazing as the first time. Fast, reliable, courteous, and remembered me. Absolutely CONSISTENTLYworld class. THANKS AGAIN!!!
