I brought my car in for new rear tires, which needed to be ordered since they are not typically carried in store. The service associates were all very helpful and nice. When the tires were supposed to be in on a Tuesday but I had not heard anything by the middle of the day on Tuesday, I called for an update. Paul was on it and had already called their supplier to get an ETA of the tires delivery time. Great service and good people made this a painless experience! Thank you!

I went to Firestone for a full inspection. I was nervous because I don't know a lot about cars and had started hearing noises whenever I hit the brakes. The people at Firestone were very understanding and quickly diagnosed the problem, scheduling me for a full front/rear brake pad and rotor replacement. They got it done in just a few hours and were very transparent when it came to pricing. I highly recommend Firestone for efficient, cost-effective repairs based on this experience.

Wonderful service! I had gotten a flat tire and needed a new tire due to it being unable to repair. They got me in right away and back on the road in under an hour. I don’t have a vast amount of knowledge in vehicles but have the basic preliminary idea of repairs/services due to working in auto claims for some time. Paul called me ahead of time and advised that the auto tech noticed my wiper blades were worn (which I’ve known for some months now and never got around to doing it myself). They are very honest and up front with cost, and they did not try to push other unnecessary repairs or services. They did a full courtesy inspection of my vehicle and provided me a report of everything… which was much appreciated! Overall, will definitely be returning for all vehicle needs! Thank you again!

When I walked in, Alex greeted Helped me Arrange my oil, change tire rotation, and other items. Had a great personality and you can tell he enjoyed his job. It made me leave with a smile.

Terrible experience. The staff is rude on the phone and in person. I got an inspection where they advised me of $1800 worth of work needing to be done. Including 3 new tires. I just bought the vehicle and brand new tires were put on it with no visible wear. They Said it would be done same day and it was not done until the end of the next day. Took my car to Ford dealership who stated only 1 of the advised repairs was needed and found a minor oil leak Firestone did not tell me about. Only $450 in actual repairs needed. Do not go here for an inspection.

Scheduled an appointment to get a tire repaired. I was told it would take around 45 minutes. I waited over 2 hours then they told me it was closing time, and I would have to come in another day to get it repaired.
