They over torqued my oil drain plug to the point I had to take it to the dealership to have it removed!! Will not be back for any future services!

Had a flat tire in the morning and got my car towed here ONLY because they opened earlier than other shops(7am). I got there around 7:40am and there were no other customers waiting but garage looked decently full, which is understandable because I didnt have an appointment, but they said they would try to get me done asap.During the check-in, the guy at the desk said they had 3 tires in stock but a cheaper option at the Westerville location, but it would be a couple hours before he could get someone to get that one picked up so I said, no go with the more expensive option so it's done quicker. After two hours of waiting, I was told they don't even have the right size tire here because the guy at the front desk looked up the wrong tire size and they would have to send someone to pick it up anyways. The fact that it was two hours before they even realized the guy looked up the wrong size tire is what is really annoying. He works at a tire shop, looked at the car himself, and wrote down the tire size and still didn't get the right size? Not a single other customer came in to pick up a finished vehicle while I was there. So to me that seems like it would not have been an issue to have pulled my car in the garage when it got there at 7:40am and figured out the inventory issue earlier, so that I could have just had them pull the car out and I could have gone next door to Goodyear. The whole process would have been quicker if I just waited until 9am when other shops opened and had it towed there, because I've NEVER had a tire replacement take this long at any other shop, EVER. It was exactly 3 hours 20 minutes for one tire replacement. They took 10% off without me asking, but discount or not, I believe it would have been a better experience somewhere else

Tech was nice and got me in . Tire was less then a year old but had no warranty. Firestone as a company all they want is money. I brought my car to them for a coolant leak and guess what 800 dollars later and the car still leaked coolant. When I mentioned it they said my car is known for leaking coolant and it's almost impossible to get it to stop.brought it to another shop and they said they can fix it for $400 after the $800 I payed to firestone later to find out they replaced parts not even related to the coolant. Look it up . Pickerington shop. I didnt have the $400 so till this day my car still leaks coolant. Firestone is a scam and I wouldn't recommend them. If you want better reviews fix the problem or refund the money if you can't. It's fraud when you pay for something and don't get what you pay for.

Had an unfortunate run in with a curb and the guys at this location were fantastic! I called ahead and they had the work order ready to go for when they got my keys. They even got my car back to me same day, which I was not expecting. Highly recommend this location!

Visited Firestone today to get a second estimate for rear rotors and brake pads after I was told by Grismer it was time to replace. Ronnie called about an hour after i dropped my car off and was told that there was still time left on the current pads and rotors. I really appreciate the honesty and will be back once it is time for the work to be completed.

Jessie and Christian did a fantastic job quoting me tires, setting up the appointment and communicating during the process. I shopped around A LOT for new tires for my f150. The Firestone Destination LE3 fit my needs and budget. Couldn’t be happier. Please use this shop. They’re reliable and have always met the timeline when I have used them. Over the years I’ve head at least 15 services performed here. Will continue to use them in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

This place over books and catches an attitude with customers when they’ve lied. I have never had such terrible service! Not everyone should be customer facing. I was told my inspection would take 30 minutes, but it took well over 4 hours. I went to the desk 3 times and upon asking about the wait the first time I was greeted with an attitude and told they could take my car down now if I am in a rush… the issue was not that I was in a rush, but that no one was courteous enough to tell me the wait would be longer. I was not loud or rude, and the guy would not even make eye contact with me. I was highly upset as I had my 7 year old with me and he was growing impatient. I understand that things change, but you must be respectful of customers time and at least apologize! They also are computer illiterate! I asked for them to email me a copy of my print off, and they told me they were unable to but I have had other Firestone locations email me paperwork with no issue. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The Manager or the guy who opens is cool. Got a call around 10am letting me know the issue. Quoted me one price over the phone and once I got there a guy name Jesse quoted me something higher. Which is fine but Jesse attitude and unwillingness to describe the miscommunication was uncalled for. Y’all got to do better if y’all want to continue to receive my money

Your experience will vary depending on what manager is working. I came in with no appointment and was able to get a tire replaced in 30 minutes. My wife came in with a 2pm appointment, waited 90 minutes and was told it was going to be another hour before they got started on the car. To make everything worse they were pushing for a tire replacement when all that was required was a plug. Look elsewhere.

I do not recommend this place at all. My daughter who knows more about cars than I do frankly, has tried to come to this place on a few occasions, the service is often rude, they do not keep their appointments, and they are EXTREMLY slow and EXTREMLY overpriced for the simplest of services if they even do complete work on your vehicle. This has been demonstrated on several attempts/trips by her over that last year and a half, so this isn't a one off type of "bad day" for whomever is working at this shop. She gives very clear and concise questions due to her knowledge and does not get clear and concise answers in return and is often treated with disrespect like she doesn't know what she's talking about.

DO. NOT. COME. HERE.I have never had such a horrible service experience. Yesterday, my partner and I arrived at this Firestone after making an appointment a few days in advance for 1pm. When we arrived, we had to wait in line for about 15 minutes (even though there were only 2 people in front of us) because there was only one person at the front. We "checked in" and were asked no more questions, then told it would take a few hours and that they would text us when it was done. We decided to go to a nearby coffee shop to get work done. It had been about an hour and a half and my partner and I decided to go for a walk. When we came back around the block to go to the Firestone, we walked up to see my car in the EXACT same spot we had parked it in. For reference, it had been sitting there for 2 hours and had not been brought into the garage yet.We brought this to an employee's attention and he assured us that our car would be brought in next. We proceeded to watch 2 more cars get brought in and ours had not moved. The car did not get brought into the garage until 3:20pm. Eventually, our car finally started to make minimal progress, as there were only about 3 mechanics all working on one car at a time. They had taken all 4 tires off my car and then had left it sitting untouched for 45 minutes - it was about 4pm at this point. My partner once again raised this to the employee's attention. He then said they would get the new tires on in 30 minutes and we would be out the door.Fast forward to 4:45 when the employee tells us that "WE" had told him the wrong size and they actually didn't have that type of tire in stock in the first place. Although I felt guilty at first, I had told him the make/model of my car at least twice (once during the appointment made via phone call and again when we brought it in).I understand if the actual service of the car takes a bit of time to complete, but our car was not even looked at until almost 2.5 hours AFTER our SCHEDULED appointment. Additionally, this all could have been avoided if someone took the time to fill out the paper with us when we walked in, which we didn't even know existed, or even just confirmed the tire size.Although you think it would stop here, it did not. They FINALLY put my old tires back on and my partner and I left. The next day (today) we took the highway to go to another tire place (this place was fantastic) and as we hit 75, my car started shaking. They didn't even bother to realign my tires once they put the old ones back on.I would give this place a 0/5 if I could. There were numerous individuals having the same experience time wise as us and one person even cancelled their appointment because their car hadn't even been taken back after a long time. Avoid at all costs.
