I went to get my passenger side taillight fixed. It was in broad daylight, so I wasn't going to be able to tell until after work if they actually fixed it. I get out of work, and see that it had not been fixed, I got robbed of 60$. Will not be going back any time soon. JiffyLube is better.

I accompanied my mother for repairs on her SUV today and her servicemen Kyle the Husky gentleman was very rude to her. While waiting for her vehicle we left for a while and went to a store nearby after sometime we called to check on the progress of the service and Kyle again got on the phone and when my mom asked about how much longer it would be he snapped at her with irritation and said "I DON'T KNOW!! SOON!!" When we return to pick up the vehicle he greeted my mother with I called you hours ago and unfortunately my mom had her phone on vibrate so she missed his call by mistake My mother stepped in the bathroom and as she was coming out she asked if there were any discounts or coupons available and his response was What Do you Mean Coupons or Discounts? In a condescending way. I'm not quite sure what his problem was but the way he treated my mom was very disrespectful and totally inappropriate. My mom is 67 years old she's a really hard-working woman and one of the nicest most humble and considerate people you could ever run into I just don't understand why any of that was necessary. I just wanted the management and district to know how the customers are being treated at this location.

Some of the employees have been mechanics for years and have worked for Firestone for years. I like the consistency. I learned how to better take care of my old car's oil needs on this last visit.

Update: Everywhere was busy for the holidays, & of course, I don’t trust just anyone because of THIS place. So I JUST got my car back after a month & NOTHING IS ACTUALLY WRONG WITH IT. BUTTTTT- THIS place told me it was a $2,000-3,000 problem they could not do. SO- not only did I waste & LOSE a LOT of money, BUT- my car was broken into for nothing & had a $100 item stolen out of it!
THESE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU, IF YOU DON’T DO WHAT THEY WANT- THEY ARE RUDE & LEE that replied to this is THE one that ALREADY knew AND DISMISSED ME INITIALLY..
GO SOMEWHERE THAT DOESN’T RUN ALMOST SOLEY OFF COMMISSION & PAY THEIR PEOPLE CRAP WHERE THEY FEEL THE NEED TO SCAM YOU..
Sympathy to pay bills, but NOT when it’s their customers that are getting their lives RUINED..

I thought these people were cool- the 1st time. After this 4th time of dealing with them... I've had it.
Someone broke into my car while they had my key in their possession and they insist there are no cameras. My car has 0 signs of forced entry and my windows are designed to where you cannot shove a rod, even a coat hanger, to mess with the locks within the doors. There's nothing even showing they needed to attempt that.
So what does this mean? Without having camera footage to provide to me, which is very weird for a property to not have considering they even have expensive property owned by the company- either they left my car unlocked, an employee did it with my key, or both.
DO NOT leave your car here without you present. Your property is not safe. And they have ZERO sympathy for it.
Let me just add in that my back rotors have been needing done and I had told them within the 30 day warranty, after they replaced the front, there was still something wrong and they insisted it was just the front ones settling in. Even though they were skipping and sounded like a scrape as if they were frozen from the cold- in the summer. But guess what? Now they NEED done and my GAP doesn't cover rotors. Suggested a mild shaking while driving issue was my rim, and said $601 FOR A RIM I COULD GET FOR $50-$100 ON MY OWN. How do I not know they are the reason my car keeps needing work? No cameras? So you can tear up cars for commission, you mean?

I love going to Firestone for my oil changes , they always fill up my tires and My car drives smoothly immediately after. 10/10 Service and communication. They make sure to get me in and out I’m never here longer than an hour.

I wish I could give them a 0 I don’t remember the girl name but they are careless . We left our vehicle to this dealership, the company that supposed to cover our engine told us to leave the car here at the shop and they told my brother to leave the car in the parking alot . After 3 weeks of not keeping us informed , we try to see if the car was still at the shop but found out they someone stole it from their parking and was living in it . I talked to one of the girl and she wouldn’t even let us finish talking . She was talking to us like she didn’t care . As they should , because the vehicle was under work .i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . Or trust them with your vehicle because they don’t care .

I made an appointment to get oil changed because walk in will take 2 hours, what’s the point in o have an appointment if the service will take the same time or more???
Time 1:15 pm The car was finished less than an hour yet they make me wait extra 15 minutes… looks like they saw my first review….

I was in for an event that took place out of town in Columbus, Ohio. Unfortunately, one of my tires was slit at the hotel. I noticed that the Firestone Auto Care shop was open on Sunday. Calvin and Kayla were very helpful and understanding as they both were persistent in helping me out until the issue was rectified. They even went beyond the call of duty in assisting with the arrangements to pick up a lifter at a parts store considering my Tesla was too low to the ground for their equipment. These two employees need to be commended. Observe the two of them and take notes!!!
