Took my Corolla in for an alignment, they were done really quick we're very nice but I suspect they didn't do anything as I took my Corolla in for an oil change at the dealership a few weeks later and they said it was out of alignment by a pretty large margin. I am inclined to believe Tansky Toyota over Firestone as Firestone did not give me before and after printouts of what the alignment was before they performed the service and after which makes me really suspect the job that they did or did not do.

The scheduler gave me an appointment and didn't tell the shop about it. The same thing happened to the lady in front of me and she just left. I just needed an oil change and they tried to suggest I get my coolant changed out too?? They didn't call me once, I even confirmed they had my number. They didn't call to ask about the additional repairs- just let the car sit. Then they didn't call when my car was ready- just let it sit. I like other Firestone shops way better.

Yeah, I was going to return home (4 hrs away) this afternoon, and instead, I got to spend my entire afternoon getting my car repaired. Lucky me, another night I Ohio...They worked my car in without an appointment. The sales clerk was a really sweet young lady. No complaints about the shop or the service.

I have taken two of my vehicles to this location unfortunately. Both times they “forgot” or the ticket was “misplaced”, so I had to wait an extra day for BOTH vehicles. Two separate occasions, several weeks apart. Quoted me almost $3k to fix an exhaust leak on a 2004 Lexus ES. On a car that’s worth maybe $8k! Took it to Casey’s Village Auto and had it done right for $250. Sounds like it did the day it drove off the lot in ‘04. Silent. They fixed it the same day they said it would be too! Figure that! Skip this place all together.

Extremely kind and helpful. I bought the wrong headlight bulb from Autozone and they stayed late to help me get the right one installed.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOPI had an appointment at 11 AM on Thursday and had my car towed to the shop to get two flat tires replaced. I hadn’t heard from them so called at 3. I was told they had not started on my car yet. I called back multiple times at 6 and no one would answer even though their operating hours show they close at 7!The next morning I ubered to the shop to check on my car. I was then told that they don’t even have the tires I need and wouldn’t be able to get them until Tuesday! If they would’ve taken five minutes to look at my car on Thursday at my appointment time I wouldn’t have wasted a day making no progress.I was told my car was not a priority even though I had an appointment because I was not physically at the shop waiting for it Thursday! Insane! What is the purpose of an appointment then?! Why does it matter where I am?! I am still being inconvenienced no matter where I am waiting. And to have someone’s car and not have the respect and common sense to call them before you leave for the day to let them know you couldn’t get to it and there were delays is unacceptable.I ended up having my car towed to the dealer and they have been amazing.Find somewhere else folks don’t give these people your money.

I brought my car for a broken blinker, also asked for a tire rotation and to check my brakes. The plan - suggested by their own employee, Brendan - was to look at my car while I was traveling for a 4 day weekend; he would call me to tell me what work needed to be done for the blinker and brakes so I could approve it and pay on the phone, and then would leave my key in the car for me to pick up when I came back from travel at night. When I dropped my car off the next day, Brendan already didn't remember what work was supposed to be done and hadn't taken any notes about it, so we had to go all over it from the start again. I didn't hear from anyone at all in the 4 days they had my car, and when I came back, my car was locked on their parking lot so I wasn't able to pick it up and had to find a way to get to work the next day. They had not even looked at it, it sat for 4 entire days on their lot for nothing. Do not bring your car there, read the reviews and believe them.

Exceptional customer service. My car stalled nearby and Bobby was more than helpful to jump my battery, and even ran a health check on it. Great folks. I will definitely be back to have them work on my car.

TLDR: The staff is great, but they are not being appropriately supported to provide adequate service. Long wait times.I came in for a 4pm appointment for a brake inspection. This service was previously estimated to take 30min. I was told upon arrival that my car would not be seen for 1 hour and they would be unable to complete any brake services due to time and staffing restraints. I then waited in a lobby that smelled like the inside of an autumn Yankee Candle. The building was heavily over scented by multiple automatic air misters that went off every few minutes. Coupled with a large window front that left the waiting customers to stare into the setting sun. The lobby was a sensory nightmare. There were other customers who had been waiting several hours for their vehicles without appropriate communication on their status from staff and many who left because their service would not be completed until next day. My car was returned to me at 6:30pm with the recommendation to replace all pads, rotors, shoes, and drums. I expected to replace the shoes and drums as they are well aged, but I also expected more information on the degree of wear that compelled the need to replace all the brakes.Fortunately, I had the time available to wait and I was not paying for this service. But to have such long wait times for appointments is outrageous. If there is not adequate staff to complete services, then appointment times need to be blocked off to allow appropriate turnover on vehicles. I came to this location because Hilliard Rome has been closing early due to staff shortages. But we are still able to book appointments after their closing time. Seriously, it's not that difficult to remove available appointment times on your website to better support your staffing needs. You are diminishing your customer's experience and overworking your staff due to your poor management of customer registration.

Scammed me out of $700. Took my car in to get my AC fixed. They charged me $650 and told me I was good to go. The AC worked for 4 days and went out again. I took it back and they quoted me $1900 on top of the $650 I already paid. I told them no and that I was just going to take my car somewhere else, but they still charged $50 for checking the car again. Somehow I’m out $700 and still no AC.Service: Air conditioning

This place used to be great but it has gone downhill. I have had at least 6 sets of tires on different vehicles done here. Everyone is dealing with understaffing and I can understand delays but they didn't even bother to call to let me know. I had a simple 4 tire install on 4 rims (not even on a car but just boxed) and dropped them off in the early morning. Returning a 5pm to the boxes still sitting where I put them. The manager apologized and assured me they would be done tomorrow and would work with me on the price. I returned the next day at 3:30 and they still sat in the boxes. I left with my rims and the 2 managers never even said a word or bothered to call. I will never be returning to this store ever again.
