Do NOT have your car serviced at Firestone. They will completely take advantage of you, run away with your money, and not fix the problem, ESPECIALLY if you are a female by yourself.
I went to this Firestone location on Saturday, June 30th to have a standard, 4-wheel alignment done on my Subaru.
When I arrived to drop off my vehicle, the service advisor, Craig, told me the alignment would take about 1hr 30 minutes to complete. Craig ended up calling me after about 30 minutes to tell me the alignment had been completed and my car was ready for pick-up. When I went to pick up my car, Craig made no indication that there was any sort of issue with completing the alignment. I paid and left as normal. It was not until I received an online invoice from Firestone that I noticed that something was wrong.
On the invoice for my alignment, under a section titled “Tech Notes”, it said that the front adjusters on my vehicle hardly moved and the rear adjusters on my vehicle did not move at all. The technician notes also indicated that they had to use extreme heat on the front adjusters. I inspected my vehicle after seeing these technician notes. There was no indication of extreme heat or any indication of my front or rear wheels being in a different position than they had been in when I dropped the vehicle off at Firestone.
When I noticed this, I called the same Firestone location back and asked for a report of my vehicle’s measurements before and after the alignment they claimed to have completed. After they confirmed on the phone that they had a copy of the before and after measurements, I went back in store to see the results for myself.
The report itself was absolutely insulting. The before and after measurements for the front and rear tires were virtually the same. 7 out of 12 of the measurements in the “after” section of the report were out of the specified safety range for my vehicle. To summarize, my wheels were NOT aligned even though I had paid for a 4-wheel alignment.
When I explained the situation to Craig, he did not even attempt to remedy the situation. I asked why I was not made aware that the technician had experienced issues with aligning my tires when I had returned to pick up my vehicle. He said was that the technician was supposed to tell him, but the technician did not make him aware of the issues with the alignment for some unknown reason. I asked for a partial refund since, once again, my wheels were not aligned even though that is what I paid for. Craig replied that there was nothing they could do for me. All he did was place blame on the technician and offered me no alternatives to solve the issue. I ended up leaving, having paid for a service that I did not receive.
If you’re looking for actual quality service to be done on your car and employees that actually care about the work they are doing, I would NOT recommend bringing your vehicle to Firestone. There seems to be some sort of communication issue within the workers at this location that ends up negatively affecting the customer. And if you do end up experiencing issues with your service, they will not even attempt to make the situation right.

These guys have reliably and professionally serviced my family’s vehicles for the last 10 years. They have saved me money and avoided doing extra work on my car that wasn’t necessary on many occasions. don’t pay attention to the negative comments- one positive commenter for every several negative, in my experience. Bring your vehicle here!

Staff is very welcoming and professional. They made suggestions about further work my car needed but they were not pushy. They can get busy, so I'd suggest making an appointment. They get you back on the road as quickly as possibly. Thank you Firestone!

Went here to get my shocks and struts replaced under warranty because of the horrible noise and performance they were exhibiting. Long story short they looked and told me nothing was wrong and sent me away. Now my drivers side strut is completely shot after they told me there was no problem. I figure either they didn’t feel like fixing it, or the company that pays for damages to my car paid them to say nothing was wrong. Either way this place was as shady as they come.

Do not go here. They will try to sell you expensive repairs that are not required on your vehicle.
My car was vibrating while driving at any speed, I knew it was likely due to my tread being worn unevenly and needing a rotation, balance, and alignment check. The man at the front desk said a rotation and balance wouldn't help because the issue is that both the control arms were bent and replacing those would fix the issue. The control arms were in fact not bent. They refused do a rotation and balance BUT quoted me $1400 to replace my control arms. I declined the service and told them I will go elsewhere. He then proceeded to tell me the alignment was fine, rotation was done but they were not doing the balance as it wouldn't do anything. They also told me I should have the better tires on the back, my car is a FWD vehicle. I was due for a rotation and knew a balance would fix the vibration issue even though they refused to do the services I requested. I received my bill they charged me for an alignment check and rotation.. the rotation was NOT done. I knew because I assessed the tires before I went to the garage and the tires were not moved at all. I could tell because of the tread wear. I went to a separate garage, got the rotation & balance done, the car is riding smoothly as it should and vibration is completely gone. As a woman, I feel that this garage looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about and they could try to force me into buying unnecessary services.
