Bank manager with the black slicked back hair has no customer service skills whatsoever. He is rude and condescending. The employees can’t answer the phone for 45 minutes after calling, so disgusting customer, disgusting location, disgusting manager. The lobby was also not Clean and coffee and water were not provided for customers
