Don't open bank account this bank. They won't send you ATM card. If you close the account, they will charge you 18% of your deposit. I lost going there and opening account.

Don’t bank here. I started off as both a CS Bank and Arlington Bank Customer. They were both great banks and cared deeply for their customers, but since being acquired by First Merchants I’ve had nothing but issues with them. The branch employees left over from the acquisitions are great but can’t do anything to help you. The managers and regional people from FM are absolutely terrible and heartless.

I’ve been Banking with this place since I was 16, this location goes above and beyond for their customer. No matter what they make sure I have everything I need. They know it’s me right when I call. They know it’s me when I walk in. I don’t even have to show much information cause they already have everything pulled up! They’ve kept my little brother entertained for hours one day becuase my vehicle broke down in there parking lot. Half the people there were trying to help me fix it! Best experience here so far❤️ You guys are killing it!

I've been Banking with this place since I was 16, this location goes above and beyond for their customer. No matter what they make sure I have everything I need. They know it's me right when I call. Horrible. Security Guard yelled at me for being on phone. Even though I was not going up to the teller like she thought. I was going to coin star. Will never bank here. Ha0y with Chase.

Very nice people with good customer service. They have a change counting machine that is available to the public (with or without an account and no fees are charged).

Online banking sucks, but otherwise a great bank. Overall, friendly people. Things might take a sour turn if u get hit with fees. Finally, like all else in life, unsatisfactory days are almost a guarantee. But I find CS better than any other bank I've dealt with in the past.
