My first time using this bank they put my cash in the wrong account. Felt scammed honestly and made me want to switch banks. The Mgr put my $ back in my account. I decided to stay due to needing time to move all 4 accounts. After returning today to deposit cash about a month later.... Staff was short and kind of just dry. You can tell me reporting them got under their skin because after saying thank you they turned the video off and didn't say youre welcome. Customer service needs improvements! Ifwould retrain everyone!

New location, great attentive staff. Be prepared to be scanned through the double security doors prior to entry. Although I think this is standard on all of their banks.
