Store hours to the side of the door say they are supposed to be open until 9:00 but a paper sign on the door says they close at 6:00. 3 employees standing inside smiling and laughing at people trying to go in and being surprised by a locked door at 6:02. Rude and sad.....right at the start of Christmas shopping season on a Saturday!

The store is usually fine, my girls love it, but tried to stop by twice in the last week, but there’s a typed note on the door that says they close at 6.

This store has been very well organized in the past, I always enjoyed visiting. On my last visit, though (June 12), one door was locked and a sign on the door said “cash only.”. Fine. Went in and there was mess everywhere. Stuff disheveled and shoved on shelves, stuff on the floor, and what appeared to be one very annoyed employee who didn’t seem happy to have a customer in the store. Felt uncomfortable and left.

This store is amazing!! Great customer service out of many stores I go to these days! The young man, Tyler, was so considerate and kind during my time there and assisted me with everything I needed. It is very hard to find customer service like this these days so I commend these employees for their positive attitude.

Store has some of the same selection they have had for over a year. Went to look for stuff for my niece and nephew’s Easter baskets and the selection was not very good.
