I called directly from out of state and had a lovely fall arrangement sent to a family member. Flower Galaxy went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered. Great product, great customer service. I'd definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

I love this flower shop. They are always so nice and accommodating.I have purchased many of their cute door decorations. They really do hold up well to heavy weather. We get westerly winds, rain and sun. They also said if they ever are damaged that they'll fix them. How great is that?! They are expensive, but they'll last forever!

Fred and his team were amazing! We sent flowers to a funeral and needed it in same day.We called Fred he took the time to understand what we wanted to send, and even tracked down all the info for the funeral home to ensure they arrived safe and on time.This was especially appreciated since we are not from area.Fantastic service!

The flower arrangement that showed up was not what I ordered. They did not include the message that I included when I ordered it. The receiver did not know who sent them. When I called to complain I was yelled at. Terrible service.

I ordered a boutonniere for my daughter‘s date for the homecoming dance. With so much going on, it slipped my mind to pick it up before they closed. They called my cell to remind me to pick it up, but I was About an hour away and unable to get there before they closed. They offered to deliver it to my home for me and leave on the front porch. I am completely blown away by the level of service and so grateful to them. I will always get all of my future flowers from them. THANK YOU for saving the day!!

Fred absolutely made my special occasion better. His personal detail and the ability to drop everything to make it happen. I ordered flowers from From You Flowers and they could not guarantee delivery on the date I ordered. Fred proceeded to tell me some actual facts of what has happened to other customers of theirs which was a total fail. Fred was 100% right. I got notice from my girlfriend the flowers were delivered by From you Flowers - the delivery guy spilled the water out of the vase in in the bag- had to dry off the flowers and refill the vase. The flowers were NOT what I ordered and it was suppose to be a nice arrangement for $60 and felt I got a $20 bargain deal. Not a Happy Customer.However the flowers I bought from Flower Galaxy and the personal detail of Fred made the occasion so much better and I thank him and will always use his shop for any floral needs. Great Service Great Team and Great Prices.
