Apparently the white girl yesterday speaks to all the black females that the black guy doesn’t find Attractive. He will not even greet you. She will just run up and put on her black accent and then roll her eyes and go to him. He will ignore you and stay on his phone. Pretty disgusting how black males are allowing this behavior based on “preference”.

I visited this store twice in two days once with a disabled client for her to purchase some shoes and returning alone a day later to return shoes I wasn't happy with on both occasions to separate female employees were adamant about us giving them our email addresses this occurring both times I visited the store I sensed a divisive energy from Nerissa on the first visit then Ashley the manager on the second visit this was the first both my client and I had visited the store I believe they may have been uncomfortable with my clients disability and behavior while in the store my client and I we're very jovial and respectful yet there seemed to be a strange energy in the air both times I patronized this Foot Locker which was very disappointing because I expected these to young ladies to be far more inclusive but instead we were treated as though we weren't in the club.

December 11 I miss out on buying a pair of retro Jordan’s for my granddaughter for Christmas so I drove all over town going to shoe stores and happened to go in there. They didn’t have the Jordan’s I was looking for but was able to find a pair she liked. There was an attendant there that acted like she was the one that wanted to be served but fortunately there was another lady there that completely overshadowed the one lady. This lady was pleasant she was informed and she was easy to look at also. Might go back in a pinch.

Now, I normally don’t do reviews unless I have the best experience, or the worst experience. In this case I Had the worst experience of my life at this location today. My son and I walked In and wasn’t greeted (strike one), nor did anyone ask did I need help (strike two)! There were about 4 associates there and it was if me and my son were nonexistent. Let me get to the good part! After picking the shoes I wanted to purchase, I stood there for about 7 to 10 min with shoes in my hand before a female associate asked me if I needed assistance, she grabbed the shoes and went to the back. She returned after an additional 5mins not once acknowledging me. I then proceeded to walk up to the counter to ask if someone could measure my 6 year olds foot. Again, no one says anything, it was as if I was a ghost or something! The lady associate walks around with the thing to measure his foot, sat it on the floor and proceeded back around the counter as if it was my job or if I knew what to do, That put the icing on the cake for me! I don’t know if these people were having a bad morning or not, however you don’t treat costumers this way. The worst experience anyone can have, especially with their child around the holidays, when their spending their hard earned money! This location will never get another dime out of me! I’m more upset I had my child with me and was treated as if I was unwelcome in this establishment. I’m not sure what was going on at this location today, but footlocker please do better.
